Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. My now husband and I LOVED working with Amalia and her wife, Jenna, to bring our wedding night dinner to life. My husband and I chose a courthouse wedding ceremony - just us - but knew we wanted to invite close friends and family to an intimate dinner that evening to celebrate. I wasn't sure where to begin - I contacted Amalia and sent her photos from Pinterest as my inspiration. Amalia designed custom welcome notes, name cards and signage for us that matched our initial invites. She embedded special details such as mini figurines of our beloved lab and pug, and printed framed a photo I sent earlier in the day of my courthouse ceremony! She was very friendly, very meticulous, and did a great job keeping us on schedule during every part of the process, from booking the venue, to picking out a cake caterer, to doing a rehearsal schedule the day before. We never felt overwhelmed as she laid out everything we needed to do in detailed spreadsheets. She helped us schedule visits with wedding venues and coordinated calls with all of our vendors. She had a great list of recommendations for catering, photography, a photobooth, a DJ, and everything in between. We always felt like we were in the best of hands and that everything was under control. Claire did a great job coordinating with all of the different the points of contact for each vendor so we didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying our day. Whenever we had a question for a vendor she would make sure that the right person was asked and could answer it. She even joined most of the calls we had with our vendors to make sure we got all the information we needed. She also was very encouraging about ideas we had for making our wedding unique and showing off our personality. When we decided to use pez dispensers as escort cards for each guest, she was super excited and made sure we had everything we needed to execute our vision. She was able to turn our ideas into a reality that wowed us! When it got closer to the wedding she made sure that we had a finalized schedule that we could go over and ensured all the vendors and speakers were on the same page. The day of the wedding was absolutely wonderful! She made sure that everything was running smoothly and that we knew where to go. She made sure that we got some quiet moments with each other to take it all in. Thanks to her we had such a magical evening. The day after she put together a highlight reel on instagram that we’ve watched about 2000 times - we are seriously obsessed with it! Overall she made sure we had the best wedding possible and one of the best most special days of our lives. We would highly recommend working with Claire! She will ensure an amazing and smooth event with special memories to cherish forever.

My husband and I attempted to plan our entire wedding ourselves, but about 4-5 months prior I totally panicked when I realized I just didnt know what I didnt know; Enter Liz (a godsend!). Liz is fantastic to work with - she's calm, well organized, and creative. Exactly what you need from a planner! Liz helped us think of every last thing we needed to prep for before our wedding weekend so that there weren't any surprises. Liz interfaced extremely well with our other vendors and kept them on track leading up to and day of. She kept everyone informed as we developed and fine tuned our detailed day of schedule, which ensured everything went smoothly. When it comes to creativity, Liz is who you want in your corner. She has a talent for calligraphy and hand wrote all of our place cards, hand painted names on all of the ribbons around our menus (and hunted through stores for the perfect ribbon color), hand painted our table numbers, and got a special stamp made of one of the key design elements throughout our wedding. Liz and her team also constructed 100 welcome bags from the various items I shipped to her and then hand delivered all of them to our different hotel blocks. After our wedding, she and her staff even packed up and stored all the items from the wedding overnight and then delivered them to us the next day. These were the types of things I didn’t know how to plan for (and that kept me up at night) before we hired Liz, and she just simply handled them without an issue. If you are looking for full or partial planning, I highly recommend working with Liz!

When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I can’t count the number of times during and after our wedding I said, “hiring Christina is the best money we spent on the wedding!” I am not a planner by nature and I was dreading wedding planning.
