Don’t get married without them!
Katie O Weddings & Events is simply the BEST! From start to finish, they made our wedding exactly what we envisioned and honestly, even better than we could have imagined. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and their ability to truly listen to our vision and elevate it in ways we didn’t even think of was incredible. As someone who plans large events for a living, I wasn’t sure I needed a wedding planner—but after meeting with Katie and Casey, and understanding all that they offer, I quickly realized just how much I did. Their expertise, organization, and creativity brought everything to life in a way we never could have done on our own. They also helped us put together the most incredible team of vendors, many of whom came from their recommendations, and every single one was amazing. The value they bring through their network alone is huge. They handled every detail so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy the entire weekend with our family and friends. What stood out just as much was how they treated our guests, they made our family and friends feel so special and comfortable, like they were their own. The KOWE team goes above and beyond in ways you don’t even realize until you’re in it. I genuinely don’t know how people get married without them!!! I truly loved working with them and honestly miss it! We are so incredibly grateful for Katie & Casey and we could not recommend them more highly to anyone considering a wedding planner (or honestly even if you’re not, I strongly encourage you to meet with them and see just how much they can elevate your entire experience!!) Best day ever!
My husband and I won Katie O wedding and events one special day giveaway courtesy of our cousin for nominating us last Valentine’s Day. The thought of hiring a day of coordinator had not crossed my mind solely based on the fact that I enjoy planning things and didn’t know how much help I would need. I can’t begin to describe how wrong I was. Casey and Katie immediately reached out upon winning. They told me they were there for me, and would be in touch closer to the wedding as well as getting updates on vendor information. Casey is truly an angel on earth. Every question I had whether or not it was likely silly she answered so quickly and with excitement to help us with our day. As we got closer to wedding day and things started to pick up, Casey kept me on track the whole time. I felt so much ease leading up to the wedding day, multiple friends of mine had said I was almost “too calm”, and I without a doubt owe that to KOWE. We were married yesterday and it was truly the perfect day. Our bridal party, family, friends, and even vendors have all commented on how amazing, efficient, and organized our wedding was. I truly could not agree more. I don’t really know how we would have had such an incredible day without their help. They arrived to us nice and early and happily stayed all night. Casey and Lauren really helped ground us on a day of chaos, excitement, and multiple other emotions. They never once lost their smile, and were happy to do everything in their power to help me and my husband have the best day possible. I would pay for their services a million times and then some. If you are considering using KOWE, please take my advice and book them! They will make one of the best days of your life even more sparkly. Casey and Lauren, and KOWE thank you so so much for allowing us to have the most magical day ever. We are forever indebted to you!

We can't say enough great things about our experience with this incredible wedding planner! From the month leading up to our big day through the final moments of the celebration, they were true professionals—organized, friendly, and always one step ahead. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly thanks to their coordination and care. We were able to fully enjoy the moment knowing they had everything under control. A heartfelt shoutout to Rachel—she was the magic behind the scenes who brought our wedding vision to life. Her creativity, insight, and dedication made it the best day of our lives. Dream Team!
Working with Katie O' Weddings & Events was an absolute dream. From the start, it was clear that the "Katie O way" was thoughtful, thorough, and above all, so genuine. We are beyond grateful for Amanda's support in the final months leading up to our wedding. She was just a text or call away, happy to talk through any little decision or detail. She truly made us feel at ease and ensured that everything would be covered. Day of, Amanda was joined by Jenna and Shannon who handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes, from our wedding setup to the breakdown, and everything in between. The digital planning tools and detailed checklists the Katie O team provided were far beyond what we expected and were invaluable in keeping us organized. Katie O Wedding and Events Wonderful Experience
This is our second experience with Katie O and her team! 10 years ago our oldest daughter was married and we used their services. It was as wonderful then as now! Casey was absolutely invaluable organizing our venue, sourcing photographers, florist, hair and makeup services and beyond. Her attention to detail and excellent communication skills kept all involved up to date on all specifics for our wedding. On wedding day the Katie O team led by Casey made sure everything went seamlessly for a beautiful and amazing celebration. Bravo to Katie O Wedding and Events and our sincerest thanks for making our family wedding so special.
