    This is our second experience with Katie O and her team! 10 years ago our oldest daughter was married and we used their services. It was as wonderful then as now! Casey was absolutely invaluable organizing our venue, sourcing photographers, florist, hair and makeup services and beyond. Her attention to detail and excellent communication skills kept all involved up to date on all specifics for our wedding. On wedding day the Katie O team led by Casey made sure everything went seamlessly for a beautiful and amazing celebration. Bravo to Katie O Wedding and Events and our sincerest thanks for making our family wedding so special.

    We worked with Casey for our wedding in Manchester, and we cannot say enough positive things! From the second we hired Casey, we breathed a sigh of relief, having full confidence no detail would get overlooked and that we were in great hands. When our ceremony site and cocktail hour location changed hours before our wedding due to weather, neither or us, nor any members of our family were stressed, because we simply knew Casey could handle anything with ease and confidence. From the start, she was on top of contacting and organizing all vendors and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We knew we could reach out with any questions as they arose, and that Casey would not steer us wrong. She is also so enjoyable to be around, kept us laughing and at ease the entire way through, and we credit her with our lack of stress and our ability to simply enjoy every moment of our wedding weekend. We could not have done this without her and loved loved loved working with her!!!!!

Although we hired them for day-of coordination, their impact extended far beyond just one day. In the months leading up to the wedding, Katie and her team were instrumental in helping me stay organized, offering thoughtful guidance, and preparing for a seamless execution. With their extensive experience and strong vendor relationships, I had complete trust in their ability to bring my vision to life. You can also tell that they genuinely love what they do, which added to the magic of working with them. I had a large vendor team and many personalized details that mattered deeply to me, and Katie O and her team brought everything together with dedication and precision. On our wedding day, I could not have been more impressed or grateful. The team navigated so many moving parts behind the scenes, including weather-related planning and keeping everything on schedule, which allowed me to be fully present and stress-free. Their creativity and ability to quickly come up with thoughtful solutions gave me such peace of mind throughout the day. At one point, the back of my dress needed a quick repair, and without hesitation, Katie’s team jumped into action and fixed it within minutes. Their calm, capable presence and attention to every detail ensured that the day unfolded exactly as I had envisioned. We truly could not recommend them highly enough.

    Hiring Katie O and her team was truly the best decision I made during wedding planning. Every person on their team exceeded my expectations. We worked the closest with Abby, who was truly amazing, and was the reason our wedding ran smoothly. She even sewed me into my wedding dress when it broke while putting it on! She kept the day so organized and on-schedule, without being overbearing and was so professional and poised. Her team was also amazing on the day of and helped with tying bowties, steaming countless dresses and veils, and fixing minor wardrobe malfunctions. If there was ever a problem bigger than that, we never knew about it! We were able to be truly present on our wedding day and the weeks leading up to it because of this team. I really do not know what I would have done without them! They are the best and I can't recommend them enough!
