We had about 55 people which made for a cozy and intimate wedding that never felt cramped or awkward in the space. The 408 is already so beautifully decorated which allowed us to bring in minimal items and utilize items already at the 408 such as candles, vases, and plants to decorate the tables and ceremony space. Maria (event manager) was fantastic throughout the planning process answering every question quickly and with detail, and the staff the day of was professional, incredibly friendly, and attentive. We have nothing but good things to say about the 408 and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone regardless of the event type”

The quality of their work and value they provided was outstanding - they were focused, supportive, and incredibly well-connected in the region, using their network of vendors to perfectly execute our wedding and beautifully and bringing our garden party tent reception vision to life. On the day of, Eliza ran the schedule effortlessly and her competence completely allowed my husband and I to be fully present. In particular, we appreciated the way that she approached us over the course of the wedding to check if we still wanted to do the next scheduled item, it gave us a sense of control over how we spent our time rather than feeling like we were manically running from task to task. “Justin was lovely to work with from the start. He was booked for another wedding, but he paired us up with Rob, an associate DJ of his. Both Rob and Justin were so so fun to work with. Rob took the time to text or set up whatever zoom calls we felt we needed. For the actual day, Rob was amazing. We had dinner service, reception, and "after party". Robs killed it with his flow between songs, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible if we had any requests in the moment, and was able to dodge or handle any "questionable" song requests that came his way. We knew that he always put my husband and I's wishes first. We also had multiple people comment on how good the DJ was during the reception, and after the fact! He also went above and beyond to pull heroics the day of to get some of our DIY spot lighting set up that wasn't set up the night prior. Rob was incredible to work with, and just as fun to chat with. Will miss working with them, but absolutely will be following their journeys and would use them again in a heartbeat! So thankful for Justin and Rob!”

“We cannot recommend Miriam highly enough! She was kind and caring, professional, and extremely good at her job, for a very decent price. She helped our wedding go so smoothly and we are so incredibly grateful she was part of our special day! Our photographer heard we were looking for an officiant for our wedding, and passed along Miriam’s information. From the moment we connected with her, we felt her warm and friendly energy and felt totally at ease about planning our wedding ceremony! Before we met Miriam, we were not really sure what we wanted our wedding to be, but we did know we wanted it to be written by us, and as a queer couple we did not want a “traditional” wedding. It started off feeling overwhelming with so many details to plan overall, but as soon as we met with Miriam, we felt completely at ease and even excited about the process! We threw out some ideas that wove in our New Age/paganistic spiritual beliefs, and Miriam reached out to her pagan priestess friend and did a deep dive researching for our ceremony and coming back to us with so many wonderful ideas. The owners, Jackie and Danny, were amazing to work with and helped make our wedding visions come true by going above and beyond our expectations. The bridal suite was beautiful and had amazing lighting for hair and makeup! The tent was able to accommodate our guests of about 125, it had beautiful lights, tables, bar service, and so much more! Outside of the tent there was yard games and a fire pit! We had our ceremony on the lake facing out to the water by the rock and it looked just like a scene out of a movie! The pictures show just a small portion of how beautiful and amazing the venue was!”

“My husband and I had our wedding at Blenheim Hill Farm this past weekend 10/26/2024 and it was an absolute dream. Not only was it the dreamiest wedding because we got married in front of all of the people we love, but because of the absolutely beautiful venue and the team that brought it to life. Morten & Min, the owners were so helpful, kind and just the brightest lights from the moment we met them when we toured the venue through the planning phase and our wedding day. They clearly have a very buttoned up and efficient process, which showed the day of. Now let me talk about the rest of staff … they are AMAZING. We worked with Lawrence and Rosie the weeks leading up to our wedding and the day of and not only did they go above and beyond at their jobs, they truly seemed so happy to be there. There were a number of other team members behind the scenes that helped bring together a seamless wedding (we barely even noticed them - in a good way!) so thank you to the team. This includes the chefs cooking it up in the kitchen, while we didn’t see you … we were told by friends and family how delicious the food was / it was the best wedding food they ever had. The risotto…. Oh my was it delicious!! Another amazing benefit of Blenheim Hill Farm was their recommended babysitter, Victoria - she watched 5 of the kids who attended ceremony but not reception right on the grounds. She made arts and crafts and carved pumpkins with them! The parents and kids were very happy with her. Lastly, all we have to say is….. GET MARRIED HERE!!!!”

“We can not recommend Lindsey with Heart Speak Visuals enough! From the very beginning she made what could be an out of the ordinary and slightly uncomfortable act of professional photos and made it so calming, easy and beautiful! We were beyond lucky to have three separate shoots with Lindsey for our engagement, courthouse elopement, and wedding day with each one being more stunning than the last. She listened to exactly the style of photos we wanted and organized the shot lists with our family and friends on our wedding day with ease. She is excellently priced for the stunning galleries you receive, she is prompt, always available when we needed to check in and as a plus, the site she uses for her galleries is so user friendly and we have all of our professional photos in one place. “SoundFormula Entertainment, Mike, and DJ Dave Ali are the greatest. If you are looking to book a DJ then your work is done and you have to book with SoundFormula. Mike is extremely professional and organized and was helpful with every step of our wedding. Dave Ali was our DJ for our wedding day and was legitimately the best. He went above and beyond our expectations and did everything that we asked. He edited our first dance song to be perfect and checked in with us throughout the night. We got multiple compliments from all of our guests about how great the music was and our dance floor was exactly what we envisioned. Thank you Mike and Dave!”

“My partner Sky and I had the dream summer wedding we envisioned at Seven Ponds. For our wedding we wanted to emulate these weekend trips we do upstate with a close group of friends and just make it bigger to include our family. Seven Ponds farm provided our two requirements of what we were looking for - a big house that could fit all our friends and a swimming pond right on the property. We also really appreciated that we didn't need to hire a wedding planner and could utilize the venues resources for all the planning aspects. We really appreciated how the Seven Ponds staff let us do our own thing throughout the weekend for a really relaxed environment, but then whenever we needed them they were right there helping with things like doing a practice run of the ceremony and answering specific questions about the house etc. It was also so wonderful that the staff were able to handle things like setting up the tables and the candles for us for the wedding dinner. Overall the forms and calls for the planning process were really helpful. We did have a little frustration at the wedding tasting as we thought it was an opportunity to ask questions about the food and overall found out that they really don't want you asking many questions and would prefer you to just read the written packet they provide without interacting in person with questions. I would also recommend being well versed on the packet you purchased as they won't be able to answer questions about what packet you bought. This was a bit different than we expected and knowing what I know now I might recommend not bringing family or friends to the tasting or otherwise just preparing them to just fill out the paperwork quietly as us not realizing this made for a more difficult tasting experience. There was also one staff member at the tasting who was a bit rude to our family members and I was so worried that this negative energy would be reflected at our wedding so I asked for a different wedding coordinator to lead our wedding. Overall the impersonal nature of the tasting also just made me really worried that the wedding would have the same feel and so I wanted to include this to note that while the tasting process wasn't as personal this was not the case at the wedding and the wedding atmosphere was really lovely. After the tasting I asked for Rosie to be our lead wedding coordinator as she had a much warmer energy and I can't recommend Rosie enough. She truly made our wedding experience. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who has a graceful upbeat energy, stays calm and is easy to communicate with definitely ask for Rosie. There was a big storm on the day of our wedding and Rosie was so helpful staying calm and telling me to not loose hope about doing the ceremony outside. Morten was also really great with a specific weather device he had that allowed us to see when we had a good window to do the ceremony outside and very happy to say it all worked out and we got our dream outdoor ceremony. Overall I really got the wedding I dreamed of and we had such a relaxed and personal atmosphere. We really appreciated all the work the staff did to set up the wedding which allowed us to really just have fun, enjoy and not worry about logistical details. We so appreciated the flower package the venue provided for setting up the flowers and the bonfire packages. Overall we loved our wedding so much and are so happy we went with Seven Ponds! :)”
