Hello hello! We, Lindsey & Kevin, are the individuals behind Heart Speak Visuals. Together since 2015, we have never been shy to new experiences or exciting challenges. Lindsey, a Virginia native, took her first photo class in high school and has developed a passion for photography and videography ever since!

Kevin, born and bred in upstate NY, didn't have any experience until Lindsey handed him a camera and said, "Go have fun and shoot!" With an eye for the whole picture, Kevin's technique of being the "fly on the back wall" has balanced Lindsey's love for all the small details. We'd love to hear from you and all about you! Can't recommend enough
If you're getting married and have been within thirty feet of me recently, you'll have heard me recommend Lindsey already. From our very first conversation, she was responsive, transparent, and incredibly helpful. She made it easy to understand her packages and pricing without making us jump through hoops, and her communication throughout the planning process was excellent. The planning call, timeline guidance, and shot list resources were invaluable, especially since my husband and I have large families to wrangle for photos. Our photo package also included a mini session that we used for our engagement photos, which gave us a chance to get comfortable with Lindsey before the wedding day and helped us feel much more relaxed in front of the camera. On our wedding day, Lindsey and her second photographer were organized, professional, and wonderfully calming. Somehow, Lindsey managed to give such clear direction that even someone who normally feels awkward in front of a camera felt comfortable and confident. She kept us on schedule while wrangling a large group of family and friends, captured beautiful candid moments we never would have seen ourselves, and perfectly balanced documentary-style photography with more editorial portraits. Some of my favorite photos are a candid shot of my nephew dancing with his grandparents, a hilarious picture of my mom and bridesmaid dancing to Love Shack, and a gorgeous detail photo of my shoes nestled in the flowers. We received a generous collection of sneak peeks within a week of the wedding, and the gallery system has been easy to use and share. I have already been recommending Lindsey to everyone I know and would hire her again without hesitation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I knew from the moment I saw Lindsey’s work from Heart Speak Visuals that I wanted her to photograph my wedding. She is incredibly talented at capturing raw, real, candid moments in such a beautiful and emotional way. Leading up to the wedding, Lindsey spent HOURS helping us get everything organized and making sure every detail was covered. She even helped us build out our timeline when our venue was falling short with planning support, which made such a huge difference for us and helped everything feel so much less stressful. On the actual wedding day, she absolutely nailed it. She kept us moving, on time, and made sure we got every single photo and moment we were hoping for. We had a LOT of family photos to get through, but she handled everything so efficiently while still keeping the energy positive and calm. Nothing ever felt rushed or overwhelming. We received our sneak peeks within a week, and we are already completely blown away. The photos exceeded our expectations in every way, and we cannot wait to see the final album. The Single Best Decision I Made for Our Wedding
If there’s one gift you give to yourself for your wedding, make it booking Heart Speak Visuals for your wedding. When my now husband and I first got engaged, picking the right photographer was the most important decision to me, since you spend more time with your photographer than anyone else besides your partner on your wedding day. Working with Lindsey truly felt more like spending time with a friend rather than a vendor, and she made us feel so magical, beautiful, and special throughout the whole day. Her organization and ability to race through all the photos I wanted in record time was impeccable, and she did it with such kindness and thoroughness. Lindsey was our biggest advocate from engagement to wedding day, and the photos were even more stunning than I could’ve imagined. Absolutely stunning photos!
We can not recommend Lindsey with Heart Speak Visuals enough! From the very beginning she made what could be an out of the ordinary and slightly uncomfortable act of professional photos and made it so calming, easy and beautiful! We were beyond lucky to have three separate shoots with Lindsey for our engagement, courthouse elopement, and wedding day with each one being more stunning than the last. She listened to exactly the style of photos we wanted and organized the shot lists with our family and friends on our wedding day with ease. She is excellently priced for the stunning galleries you receive, she is prompt, always available when we needed to check in and as a plus, the site she uses for her galleries is so user friendly and we have all of our professional photos in one place. We could go on and on about how special these photos are to us. Lindsey does not disappoint and we look forward to hopefully having other photo opportunities with her in the future!
