Hello, I'm Rafael! Kosinski Photography is a full service wedding photography studio based in Albany, New York, rooted in over 100 years of storytelling. With a background in Film, Television, and Fashion, my approach is shaped by intentional planning, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. Every wedding is documented in a way that feels natural, elevated, and true to you so you can be fully present while everything is thoughtfully taken care of.

I’m a full service wedding photographer, which means I take care of everything from your engagement session through your finished wedding album. You’re not left figuring things out on your own or making a hundred decisions after the wedding.     Wedding shoot

    Rafael, Nemo and their team always impress with meticulous planning, thorough execution and are tons of fun to work with during their photo shoots. Beyond that they have a great array of options for displaying the final product that are unique and thoughtful. 10/10 highly recommend for all of your photography needs!

    Great experience and great photos

    My partner and I did a couples photo shoot with Rafael at a state park. The experience was smooth and easy even though we don't have much experience with having our pictures taken. Rafael asked to make sure we were comfortable with the locations and with the suggested poses, and he had a lot of suggestions for things we could try. There was a great variety in the photos we got back, and they looked lovely and natural. Would happily work with him again in the future.

    Amazing Family Photographer

    I've had several photoshoots with Rafael and will always highly recommend him for artistic and professional photoshoots. Rafael always showed up early to identify a few promising locations based on the background and lighting conditions. Then he walked us through some simple posing instructions and took photos at several locations. The finished photos came back within a few days and were great. He was responsive, professional and courteous throughout the process.

    Incredible Experience

    Shooting with Kosinski Photography was a dream! He made it so easy for us and we felt so comfortable in front of the camera because of Raf’s direction! Even when we felt silly doing a pose it was fun because we would laugh about it and then photo would come out better than I could have ever imagined. Definitely recommend shooting with this company, because the photos came out incredibly and it was such a fun experience!! Can’t wait to frame our new photos!

    Amazing photoshoot experience!

    Rafael is an excellent photographer. He did a solo photoshoot for me and a couple photoshoot for me and my husband. I am more than happy with the art Rafael created for us! He has a unique ability to capture real emotions and show personality of people he works with. He is a very easy-going person and we felt relaxed during our photoshoot which is very important for staying true to yourself. Rafael has so many ideas for getting the best results to meet his clients expectations! I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a formal or casual photoshoot as well as any art photography you might imagine and want to bring it to life.

Yes. A finished wedding album is included as part of the experience. You’ll eceive your full gallery and your photos are also brought together into a completed album that tells the full story of your day. I handle the process so everything is designed and finished for you.
We average 50-100 final images per hour that we’re actively shooting throughout the day. This estimate is normally on the lower side since we tend to be over-shooters. We love delivering our client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. We believe in freely sharing our work because that is what we would want if we were in your position.
We love being both interactive and discrete throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be more proactive in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done in order to keep everyone on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. (The ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc.) We teach our couples how to pose and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from us.
Yes, absolutely. I carry professional liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires it. This helps ensure that everything is handled safely and professionally for you, your guests, and all vendors involved.
My turnaround time is typically around two weeks, with most galleries delivered sooner. You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated online gallery that reflects the full story of your day..
