Sensational and sincere are two of a bounty of words that describe Alayne Curtiss, the talented and innovative entrepreneur behind Make Me Fab. Having spent the past 20 + years educating herself and her clients in the art of aesthetics, cosmetics, and great hair in all forms; cutting, coloring, and styling. From print to performance, Alayne’s work has been featured on the pages of Glamour, Women’s Day, Martha Stewart, Self, Instyle Hair, Well Wed, and Biker magazines. Her eyebrow waxing and shaping are legendary for literally changing women’s faces.

Alayne, our owner, is fully skilled and trained in bridal hair and makeup on every level. There isn’t any situation that Alayne can’t handle or hasn’t overcome! Every artist must train under Alayne for a minimum of 2 years before being assigned as a lead artist on your wedding. Each artist is assigned to only one wedding per day. Eyelashes and airbrush makeup are included upon request. We use only high definition camera-ready products for makeup and salon-quality non-toxic products for hair. We stay until the veil is in place and secured by your hairstylist and you are headed out the door.

Each service takes about 40 minutes. This includes hair and makeup. The brides hair takes 2 - 40 minute time blocks. The prepping stage and the finishing stage. We try to schedule enough artists to keep total prep time under 6 hours.
YES, if family or friends decide to add or decline to have hair and makeup done for the wedding day you may add or deduct them. We ask for a final count 1 month prior to the event date. We do have minimum counts for some areas and dates, so do keep that in mind when changing your count.
YES Absolutely! Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a new date.
YES, a trial is a great way for you and your artist to get to know one another and try different looks. It will put both you and your mom at ease on the big day.
YES, we would recommend that you send inspo pictures and your Pinterest board to us for your artists to review before your wedding. We also add in about half an hour into the timing on the wedding day for fine-tuning to make sure you are completely happy.
YES. That is the whole reason for the trial. For you and your wedding day artist to get acquainted and to create your wedding day look together.
YES. We will gladly share you with other artists. We want you to be happy with your team and understand that everyone has different tastes and preferences.

    Amazing

    I am one to not ever wear makeup, but let me tell you, Lilly at Make Me Fab did an AMAZING job. I felt so beautiful and confident and loved the way you hair and makeup turned out. Lilly did my trial as well and the entire team is so incredibly helpful. From the beginning stages of planning and communication, they were on it. To make sure to record all details and records of your trial to ensure everything can go smoothly on your special day. I would 100% recommend Make Me Fab to anyone, especially Lilly!!

    MakeMeFab was the best H/MUA I could have booked for my wedding. To start it was a huge plus they were so familiar with my venue. It was so wonderful and easy to work with Kendra, Lisa, and Sara. They made everyone feel so at ease and beautiful on the wedding day while also meticulously creating the most stunning hair and makeup looks. Everyone felt like a movie star and our looks lasted all night! thank you!
