“I first met Rob at my best friends wedding when he was their photographer. His energy was the best and he made us all laugh and have such a good time. When it was my turn to get married, I thought about how important your photographer was. Not just for their experience and skills of capturing moments but who they were as a person because frankly, you spend a good portion of your wedding day with that person. “My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at Seven Ponds Farm, and despite some unexpected rain, it was truly the best day ever! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the venue. The mountains, the ponds, the charming farm (and adorable goats)—it was all picture perfect. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the gorgeous setting. And even when the weather threatened to dampen our plans, the incredible team at Seven Ponds Farm had a backup plan to save the day. They seamlessly flipped our ceremony and cocktail hour so we could still get those breathtaking mountain views during our ceremony. They even brought delicious snacks and drinks from the cocktail hour to our bridal suite so we wouldn't miss out on any of the fun. We opted to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue as well as the reception, and we were not disappointed. We got many compliments on the food, and especially the fish tacos, which we didn't try during the tasting dinner, so we were pleasantly surprised! All around, everything was delicious. We also stayed at the venue from Thursday to Sunday, which definitely made the whole experience feel even more special, as it truly did feel like home while we were there. Olivia and Edvard were absolutely amazing. They were so professional, accommodating, and truly helped us every step of the way. When the power went out in the main house while we were getting ready, they were right there to help us get it back on. Their calm demeanor and quick thinking really put us at ease. “Becca, and her second shooter Liz, were amazing to work with. From the start Becca was easy to talk to, and so helpful in the planning process; from her helpful planning videos you receive as a client, planned video calls, her detailed timeline, and photography form to fill out, she made the whole planning process so much easier. She also gave lots of great advice for the day, including the decision to do a first look ahead of the ceremony. I was hesitant at first as I wanted to do the real reveal at the church, but after talking with her we decided to do the first look. I’m so glad we did as Becca was right, it took a lot of pressure of the rest of the day and gave us time to really soak that moment in just the two of us. This also allowed us more time to enjoy other parts of our day like attending the entire cocktail hour! Looking forward to the day, I was worried that I was going to hate having to take so many photos and being in front of the camera and felt like it was going to feel like wasted time in the day. All of our worries faded away, as we knew we could confidently count on everyone at Brookledge to fill in all of the gaps of a typical wedding day so we wouldn’t have to. From the moment I booked him to the moment we received our wedding photos, I knew we made the right choice. He was so personable and fun to get to know at our engagement photos that I knew he would be perfect for our wedding day. He quickly responded to all emails I sent during the wedding planning process. He met with us a few weeks before the wedding to make sure he knew exactly what types of photos we wanted and to make sure we had a good game plan for the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, he was great at making those getting photographed feel comfortable but he also made sure everything flowed well. “We had our wedding at The Rosemary At Spano Lake on October 4th and it was everything we could have asked for and more! The owners, Jackie and Danny, were amazing to work with and helped make our wedding visions come true by going above and beyond our expectations. The bridal suite was beautiful and had amazing lighting for hair and makeup! The tent was able to accommodate our guests of about 125, it had beautiful lights, tables, bar service, and so much more! Outside of the tent there was yard games and a fire pit! We had our ceremony on the lake facing out to the water by the rock and it looked just like a scene out of a movie! The pictures show just a small portion of how beautiful and amazing the venue was!”
