“OMG!!! Mohawk River Country Club was an absolute dream come true. I truly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for one of the most important days of my life. Sal and Stephanie, along with the entire staff, were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and kind- always there whenever I had a question throughout the entire process. They truly treated us like family! Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how breathtaking the venue and ballroom are, and the cocktail hour was beyond anything we could have imagined. I had guests who have attended 50 weddings say they’ve never seen a display like Mohawk offers. From the delicious drinks to the stunning aesthetics throughout, to the incredible bridal suite for getting ready and taking photos- everything was picture-perfect, and no one could stop snapping photos. Christian and I truly cannot recommend this venue enough. It should be the very first place anyone visits when searching for their wedding venue. “I have no doubt of the talent that overflows from this studio, but mine and my (now husband!)'s hearts were set on Rob after we spent 3 hours hanging out with him, sheltering from the cold rain since we motorcycled there. His grace and warm demeanor belies how quickly and astutely he notices little details, almost like a supercomputer (or like a Rob...ot! hah). He is an expert at assessing lighting situations, but what's even more impressive is how he can massage the vibe of the room to herd people where he wants them to go. Also, his double-holster camera setup makes him look so freakin cool! I often feel like weddings are an elaborate play/dinner, meant to entertain and satiate the family members who attend. Considering the stress of being project manager and hostess, having Rob for our engagement shoot and on our wedding day was something we both looked forward to immensely. Things are fun with him! And he's so thoughtful, another relief from stressful planning and expectations. He went rooting through the shrubbery and got us pictures of adorable bumblebees, remembering that we were so smitten by them during our engagement shoot :) He didn't find any snails, though! Oh, well! I'm often critical of photographers' work because I am so critical of my own. But, without a doubt, I recognize the leagues of honed talent that Rob has, as well as his studio! The assistant, Lilly, is smart and such a sweetheart, and whoever does the editing -- Emily? -- is awesome. For people who would prefer to do photography work themselves, Ryan and I choose Rob without question. Thank you, Rob and co., for all your hard work and dedication to craft!!!!!!”

“My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at Seven Ponds Farm, and despite some unexpected rain, it was truly the best day ever! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the venue. The mountains, the ponds, the charming farm (and adorable goats)—it was all picture perfect. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the gorgeous setting. And even when the weather threatened to dampen our plans, the incredible team at Seven Ponds Farm had a backup plan to save the day. They seamlessly flipped our ceremony and cocktail hour so we could still get those breathtaking mountain views during our ceremony. They even brought delicious snacks and drinks from the cocktail hour to our bridal suite so we wouldn't miss out on any of the fun. We opted to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue as well as the reception, and we were not disappointed. We got many compliments on the food, and especially the fish tacos, which we didn't try during the tasting dinner, so we were pleasantly surprised! All around, everything was delicious. We also stayed at the venue from Thursday to Sunday, which definitely made the whole experience feel even more special, as it truly did feel like home while we were there. Olivia and Edvard were absolutely amazing. They were so professional, accommodating, and truly helped us every step of the way. When the power went out in the main house while we were getting ready, they were right there to help us get it back on. Their calm demeanor and quick thinking really put us at ease. We can't recommend Seven Ponds Farm enough. It's a beautiful place with an exceptional team who will make sure every detail of your wedding day is well thought out. “Becca, and her second shooter Liz, were amazing to work with. From the start Becca was easy to talk to, and so helpful in the planning process; from her helpful planning videos you receive as a client, planned video calls, her detailed timeline, and photography form to fill out, she made the whole planning process so much easier. She also gave lots of great advice for the day, including the decision to do a first look ahead of the ceremony. I was hesitant at first as I wanted to do the real reveal at the church, but after talking with her we decided to do the first look. I’m so glad we did as Becca was right, it took a lot of pressure of the rest of the day and gave us time to really soak that moment in just the two of us. This also allowed us more time to enjoy other parts of our day like attending the entire cocktail hour! Looking forward to the day, I was worried that I was going to hate having to take so many photos and being in front of the camera and felt like it was going to feel like wasted time in the day. Now, I am so happy that I had Becca for this, my husband and I had so much fun interacting with the photographers. Becca gave great instructions and had lots of fun prompts/conversation pieces to help us loosen in front of the camera and to look more natural. “Wedding Planning Plus was an excellent choice for our wedding planning needs for our June 2025 wedding at the Equniox Resort in Manchester, VT. From the start, their communication style was direct, helpful, and calming, which was greatly appreciated as we planned our big day. We chose Brookledge after a FaceTime call with Helen. We live 5 hours away and wanted to make a decision. After speaking with Helen, we just knew that this was the place. We were so supposed through the planning stage. They recommended excellent vendors. Our guests loved the food! We chose the wedding weekend option where you could stay Friday to Sunday and had friends and family members stay on the property as well. My husband and I decided to add on Thursday night, and I would definitely recommend if you are traveling to Brookledge! Being the space early was so helpful. “Chris was absolutely incredible!!! My husband and I got married in June and we can confidently say our wedding would not have been the same without Chris as our DJ. Throughout the entire process, Chris was super easy to work with, extremely professional and responsive, and made sure our vision for the night was brought to life. His talent is unmatched, and he was also able to customize our father/daughter and mother/son songs. Our top priority was to make sure the dance floor was packed all night, and Chris did just that! We are still getting messages from our guests saying how they have never seen a dance floor so packed, all night long.
