The Edison Downtown is a brand new wedding and event venue in downtown Schenectady and established in 2021. The venue is exclusively catered and owned by Seasons Catering where they are excited to begin hosting events. This venue holds the history from when Thomas Edison came to Schenectady to start up Edison Machine Works and when he combined it into the Edison General Electric company in 1889. After - the building transformed into the Schenectady Gazette headquarters. In our renovations - we have kept the history and charm of the building with the original printing press from 1894 and our exposed brick interior.

I have been a working artist for over eight years but a makeup lover since before I can remember.. I chose to pursue my passion and graduated from esthetics school in 2017, officially becoming a licensed esthetician/makeup artist shortly after. I have found my groove in freelance bridal makeup (with boudoir and other fun projects too). From the most simple glams to full transformative glam, I love the creativity and artistry of it all.
