We had about 55 people which made for a cozy and intimate wedding that never felt cramped or awkward in the space. The 408 is already so beautifully decorated which allowed us to bring in minimal items and utilize items already at the 408 such as candles, vases, and plants to decorate the tables and ceremony space. Maria (event manager) was fantastic throughout the planning process answering every question quickly and with detail, and the staff the day of was professional, incredibly friendly, and attentive. We have nothing but good things to say about the 408 and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone regardless of the event type”

The quality of their work and value they provided was outstanding - they were focused, supportive, and incredibly well-connected in the region, using their network of vendors to perfectly execute our wedding and beautifully and bringing our garden party tent reception vision to life. On the day of, Eliza ran the schedule effortlessly and her competence completely allowed my husband and I to be fully present. In particular, we appreciated the way that she approached us over the course of the wedding to check if we still wanted to do the next scheduled item, it gave us a sense of control over how we spent our time rather than feeling like we were manically running from task to task. So many of our friends and family have reported back that the wedding was the smoothest of the weddings they had attended this year, and its all thanks to WPP. Our photographer heard we were looking for an officiant for our wedding, and passed along Miriam’s information. From the moment we connected with her, we felt her warm and friendly energy and felt totally at ease about planning our wedding ceremony! Before we met Miriam, we were not really sure what we wanted our wedding to be, but we did know we wanted it to be written by us, and as a queer couple we did not want a “traditional” wedding. It started off feeling overwhelming with so many details to plan overall, but as soon as we met with Miriam, we felt completely at ease and even excited about the process! We threw out some ideas that wove in our New Age/paganistic spiritual beliefs, and Miriam reached out to her pagan priestess friend and did a deep dive researching for our ceremony and coming back to us with so many wonderful ideas. The owners, Jackie and Danny, were amazing to work with and helped make our wedding visions come true by going above and beyond our expectations. The bridal suite was beautiful and had amazing lighting for hair and makeup! The tent was able to accommodate our guests of about 125, it had beautiful lights, tables, bar service, and so much more! Outside of the tent there was yard games and a fire pit! We had our ceremony on the lake facing out to the water by the rock and it looked just like a scene out of a movie! The pictures show just a small portion of how beautiful and amazing the venue was!”

“We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Blenheim Hill Farm. From the first time we visited, we knew there was something incredibly special about the property, but our actual wedding weekend exceeded every expectation we had. The farm itself is absolutely stunning. It feels romantic, intimate and completely tucked away, and having so many different spaces throughout the property made the entire weekend feel like an experience rather than just one wedding day. Being able to stay at the farmhouse and spend that extra time on the property with our closest family and friends was one of our favorite parts. The entire Blenheim team was incredible. There are so many moving pieces that go into a wedding, and by the time the weekend arrived, we genuinely felt like we could hand everything over to them and just enjoy ourselves. Everything flowed so seamlessly, and we felt completely taken care of from beginning to end. Our guests noticed it too - we received so many compliments about how beautiful everything was and how attentive and wonderful the staff were. And the FOOD! We knew going into the wedding that food was one of Blenheim’s strengths, but it somehow managed to be even better on the actual wedding day. Everything felt thoughtful, seasonal and special, and we are still hearing from guests about how much they loved it. What we appreciated most about Blenheim is that it never felt like a cookie-cutter wedding venue. The property has so much character and natural beauty, and we were able to create a weekend that genuinely felt like us. Looking back, there really isn’t another place we can imagine having gotten married. Our wedding at Blenheim was everything we hoped it would be - beautiful, relaxed, personal, incredibly fun and filled with the people we love. Blenheim Hill Farm is a heavenly wedding destination in the Catskills Mountains. Our capacity is from 70-200 guests. We grow the food and cook it for you in our own kitchen. You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team helps you every step of the way, and everything is included. Our historic farmhouses are gorgeously appointed sanctuaries for you and your family, sleeping up to 40 guests. With over 15 years in farm-to-table dining and destination weddings, we are committed to hosting your best-day-ever with extraordinary attention to detail, making it a very personal experience.

“We can not recommend Lindsey with Heart Speak Visuals enough! From the very beginning she made what could be an out of the ordinary and slightly uncomfortable act of professional photos and made it so calming, easy and beautiful! We were beyond lucky to have three separate shoots with Lindsey for our engagement, courthouse elopement, and wedding day with each one being more stunning than the last. She listened to exactly the style of photos we wanted and organized the shot lists with our family and friends on our wedding day with ease. She is excellently priced for the stunning galleries you receive, she is prompt, always available when we needed to check in and as a plus, the site she uses for her galleries is so user friendly and we have all of our professional photos in one place. “SoundFormula Entertainment, Mike, and DJ Dave Ali are the greatest. If you are looking to book a DJ then your work is done and you have to book with SoundFormula. Mike is extremely professional and organized and was helpful with every step of our wedding. Dave Ali was our DJ for our wedding day and was legitimately the best. He went above and beyond our expectations and did everything that we asked. He edited our first dance song to be perfect and checked in with us throughout the night. We got multiple compliments from all of our guests about how great the music was and our dance floor was exactly what we envisioned. Thank you Mike and Dave!”

“Seven Ponds Farm is the first and only venue that my fiance and I toured. We weren't even set on getting married within the next year, but we happened to find Seven Ponds online and figured we would tour. We fell in love immediately. We knew we wanted a few things out of whatever space we found: 1) somewhere we could have a weekend event with onsite accommodations, 2) good food and beverage, and 3) beautiful scenery. Seven Ponds was all of this and more. They have streamlined the planning process so that you truly do not need a wedding planner, and with food and beverage being included in the package, it's just that much less to plan. We got to the venue on Thursday and were able to enjoy the house, swim in the pond, and prep the space at our leisure. The day of, everything went seamlessly thanks to their stellar team of coordinators and staff. Guests are still telling me what a perfect day it was. Min and Morten (the owners) are so kind and are genuinely invested in making sure you are happy with everything. Book this venue, I promise you will not regret it!!”

“Shawn provided the entertainment for our October 7 wedding and we could not be happier that we hired him! Hiring a DJ can be tricky because it's one vendor you really can't "trial" before your big day. Shawn took away a lot of that stress with a comprehensive questionnaire he had us fill out ahead of the wedding. We also sent him a list of do not play songs and vibe suggestions, but trusted him to read the room to keep the dance floor packed all night. We also really appreciated that Shawn was there to curate an enjoyable vibe -- not to hear himself talk on the microphone all night. He played a great mix of music that was suitable for guests of all ages and backgrounds, yet still felt cohesive when played one after the next. A true professional! Our guests had a blast dancing the night away, and many of them told us how much they loved Shawn's DJing in the days following the wedding!”
