“Staff all around is the best staff you can ask for. Chef Dave, I will never stop craving his tenderloin! He truly has a passion of making the best food for each wedding. Our guest still text me about all his food. Brittany was amazing. I had last minute changes out of my control and she always found the best way to make things work! Tim the Banquet manager was always around ready to make sure it all ran smoothly. Ryan the lift operations manager kept Brittany updated on the weather day of and when it didn’t look good at the bottom he drove up to make sure he truly had say no to us going to the summit (it was 30 degrees with 45 kt winds) he and his crew opened the lift for 2 hours the next day so we could still get our summit pictures and they all had smiles on their faces. Truly every staff member had an impact in making our day more than we could of dreamed for! Overall, Hunter Mountain Resort provided an exceptional experience and incredible value, and I would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding”

The 408 is already so beautifully decorated which allowed us to bring in minimal items and utilize items already at the 408 such as candles, vases, and plants to decorate the tables and ceremony space. The owners, Jackie and Danny, were amazing to work with and helped make our wedding visions come true by going above and beyond our expectations. The bridal suite was beautiful and had amazing lighting for hair and makeup! The tent was able to accommodate our guests of about 125, it had beautiful lights, tables, bar service, and so much more! Outside of the tent there was yard games and a fire pit! We had our ceremony on the lake facing out to the water by the rock and it looked just like a scene out of a movie! The pictures show just a small portion of how beautiful and amazing the venue was!”

From Min and Morten, to all the advisors that helped us, to all the staff who worked the venue for set up, the cooks, the servers, the bartenders, and not to mention how insanely good the food was - every single aspect of this place and the people there were truly magnificent. I was excited to marry the love of my life, sure, but after 16 years together I really viewed this as just a big party to celebrate with all the people in our lives. I expected and welcomed that view. To say it exceeded expectations is overwhelmingly unfair - it completely blew my mind how amazing the whole day was, honestly the whole weekend since there was also the rehearsal and breakfast the morning after, and I cannot express how grateful I am for how the whole experience turned out. I know I had loved the venue itself when we first visited, and that I thought the food was absolutely amazing during the food tasting, but it ended up being even more gorgeous on the day and the food for 150 people was still all so delicious that not one guest didn't mention at least one of the apps/ entree throughout the night and following day. One of my brides people who is quite the foodie snob keeps mentioning how juicy the chicken was. Seriously though, the food was just phenomenal. I never like cakes at weddings (they're always beautiful but don't taste good) and had planned on getting cake pops for my wedding, but at the food tasting I was just shocked at how amazing it was that I had to have that cake for the day. I would recommend this venue, and this staff, so whole heartedly. If any of the staff read this review, thank you all for making our special day one that will forever be a heartwarming memory.”

“We cannot thank DJ Mike Napoli enough, he was such a big part of our special day! Mike is very easy to talk to and work with. He brings such a friendly positive energy to the table. He kept great communication with us throughout our whole wedding planning process. The app he provided us with made everything so easy! It covered all the music we needed from start to end. We were able to customize and add specific notes to the time line as well. It’s truly a dream for any type A Bride. Besides providing the music, we also chose to use Mikes photobooth service. Our guest were able to take prints home and leave a print in our guest book. It was so nice to be able to look at all the photos and messages that were left by our guests. Within a few days after our wedding Mike also provided us the links to all the photobooth photos. We were unsure about lighting but with Mikes guidance he knew exactly what we needed based on our music choices. We are so grateful for his expertise because it turned out absolutely amazing. Not to mention he came early to set up and ran the whole thing on his own without missing a beat. Truly a 10/10 experience for us. We highly recommend Mike! P.S Our only word of advice…This didn’t affect us in the moment but we did get a lot of feedback from our guests that since we did not have mics our guest could not hear our vows clearly during our ceremony. This is something to consider discussing with Mike if you plan to have him.”

“My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at Seven Ponds Farm, and despite some unexpected rain, it was truly the best day ever! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the venue. The mountains, the ponds, the charming farm (and adorable goats)—it was all picture perfect. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the gorgeous setting. And even when the weather threatened to dampen our plans, the incredible team at Seven Ponds Farm had a backup plan to save the day. They seamlessly flipped our ceremony and cocktail hour so we could still get those breathtaking mountain views during our ceremony. They even brought delicious snacks and drinks from the cocktail hour to our bridal suite so we wouldn't miss out on any of the fun. We opted to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue as well as the reception, and we were not disappointed. We got many compliments on the food, and especially the fish tacos, which we didn't try during the tasting dinner, so we were pleasantly surprised! All around, everything was delicious. We also stayed at the venue from Thursday to Sunday, which definitely made the whole experience feel even more special, as it truly did feel like home while we were there. Olivia and Edvard were absolutely amazing. They were so professional, accommodating, and truly helped us every step of the way. When the power went out in the main house while we were getting ready, they were right there to help us get it back on. Their calm demeanor and quick thinking really put us at ease. We can't recommend Seven Ponds Farm enough. It's a beautiful place with an exceptional team who will make sure every detail of your wedding day is well thought out.
