“Wedding Vendor Reviews We just finished our wedding weekend and we cannot say enough good things about Ashley. From the moment we met, she was so kind and warm and took time to really get to know us as a couple and get a sense of our vision for the wedding. She made us feel so cared for. She was incredibly organized and detail-oriented; she made sure to address so many things we wouldn't have thought of on our own and truly left no stone unturned. Something we really appreciated was how reliable she was. If she said she would take care of something, we were able to free the mental space for that thing because there was no doubt in our minds she would get it done (and she never let us down, even down to packaging the specific cookie flavors we wanted to have set aside for our wedding night.) She got us appetizers and made sure we had a few moments to ourselves to eat before the night got away from us and grabbed us beverages at least twice throughout the night. We had a really tight turnaround time (ie 1 hour) between when our venue allowed us to start setting up and when the ceremony was set to start, so we were pretty anxious about it all getting done and looking good...it looked *incredible* and I know it wouldn't have gotten done if Ashley wasn't wildly organized and good at communicating to helpers. I know this review is getting long but there are just so many positive things to say. The bottom line is that she made our lives so much less stressful the last two weeks and especially the day of. She was worth every penny we paid (and honestly more!) as she went above and beyond time and time again. Lastly, something that was really meaningful for us was having a shared faith with Ashley. It was clear how her faith influences the way she runs her business. (She's so respectful, would be great to work with regardless of the bride and groom's religious identities.) TLDR: we're so so so happy we had Ashley as our coordinator; we would choose to work with her over and over again and would highly recommend to anyone. She not only executed our dream wedding day but she also brought a really wonderful energy to the whole weekend. Book Ashley ASAP!!”

“Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). And an added bonus is that she’s fun to hang out with lol—we really enjoyed our monthly meetings!! Would absolutely recommend the Venlist (and Brittany specifically)!”
