Our full-planning package is our most elevated experience, designed for the couple who wants a true partner from the very beginning. Someone to guide every decision, manage every vendor relationship, develop and execute a fully customized design concept, and handle all the details from engagement to exit.

This is coordination + design consultation & edit. It begins immediately upon hire, and is for the couple who prefers to do the heavy lifting of planning, but wants expert advice to ensure a cohesive design.

We begin our coordination package the day you hire us. You get access to our preferred (or vetted) vendors, vendor contract reviews, etiquette advice, monthly check-ins, and more from day one - whether that's 3 months before your wedding date, 12 months, or longer!

    Excellent planning; highly recommend!

    Laura was very calm and communicative, which was exactly what we needed! She brought ideas and feedback to help refine what we were considering. Laura also did an excellent job communicating with all our vendors and helpers. She made us all personalized checklists and timelines that were easy to refer to throughout. As a bride, I appreciated how intentional she was with looking for ways to incorporate our personalities, from the table decor to suggesting fun getaway outfits! During the wedding day, she kept track of many little details, so we really were able to feel like guests and enjoy our wedding! My husband and I loved our wedding day, and she was a major part of making that happen. We would absolutely recommend Laura & Blue Lavender Weddings!

    A day full of joy!

    The day of my daughter’s wedding was pure joy! Laura played an integral role in making sure that the day ran smoothly from start to finish. Her work began long before the wedding day. She scheduled regular meetings with us, and kept us on track using convenient planning software. Laura has a gift for hospitality. She was able to include the bride and groom’s personal style while addressing the comfort of all our guests. When the big day arrived, Laura was a calming presence, and we were able to trust her to run the event on our behalf. Laura’s tireless planning allowed my husband and I to really enjoy the many wonderful moments of the day.

I accept a limited number of weddings. I only plan or coordinate one wedding per weekend, and rarely two consecutive weekends.
I believe every couple deserves a planner who gets them and is excited about their vision! So, I begin with a meeting to get to know each other. I'll ask a lot of questions about you, your story, and your vision. I do more listening than talking during this meeting! We'll discuss your needs and what you're looking for in a planner or coordinator, and after our meeting, I'll send you a sample contract for a personalized package based on our conversation. If you'd like to proceed, you can let me know how you'd like to adjust the package or simply sign the contract and pay the deposit.
Every wedding includes a lead planner - me! - and a trusted assistant. Larger weddings include additional assistants. Your sample contract will say exactly how many assistants will work your wedding.
Absolutely! We'll schedule your rehearsal at a time that works for both of us. Often, that's the night before your wedding day, but venues that host more than one wedding each weekend may have different availability. Rarely, venues do not allow pre-wedding-day rehearsals, and in that case I'm happy to run a pre-wedding rehearsal at an alternate site and/or a rehearsal on the morning of your wedding.
I do not offer a true "Day-of" coordination package. I would not feel comfortable coordinating an event without contract review, vendor communication, advance communication, monthly check-ins, etiquette advice, or any of the other services I offer in my coordination package. I simply do not believe coordinating an event as important as your wedding can be done well without these services. No matter when you hire me for my coordination package, you get access to me and my services from Day 1.
