Danielle Nichole Events

We worked with Danielle for our August wedding at Gorge Crest Vineyards and truly cannot say enough good things about her! We hired Danielle for day-of coordination, but she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. She uses Aisle Planner, which was honestly a lifesaver. I’m very Type A and had my own spreadsheets and lists, but Aisle Planner covered things I never would have thought of and helped us stay organized and on track throughout planning. Danielle was also accessible and generous with her time. She was always willing to meet with us, answer questions, talk through ideas, and give recommendations based on her experience with the venue and other weddings. She also met us at Gorge Crest a couple of months beforehand for a walkthrough, which was incredibly helpful as we finalized our plans, decorations, and all of the little details. On the actual wedding day, she completely blew us away. The best way I can describe Danielle is that she was like a ninja behind the scenes. Everything just happened exactly as it was supposed to, and we barely even knew she was doing it. We were able to enjoy our wedding without worrying about what was being set up, where things needed to go, or what needed to happen next. She set everything up beautifully and even improved on so many of our ideas. She found a way to hang florals around our new last name that turned out even better than I had pictured. She repurposed my bridal bouquet on our dessert table without us even asking, and it looked beautiful. At the end of the night, she gathered all of my personal things into a little picnic basket we had used on our welcome table so everything was together and ready for me. Those thoughtful little touches meant so much. She was also wonderful with our family as they helped transport everything after the wedding, keeping everything organized and making sure our gifts and cards were safe and accounted for. Danielle made our wedding day so much easier and allowed us to actually be present and enjoy it. She is organized, thoughtful, creative, incredibly hardworking, and just genuinely wonderful to work with. If you have the opportunity to work with her, we highly recommend it!

Danielle and Ethan are incredible at what they do. Not only were they my photographers for our wedding but they also stepped up as planners when things were going south. We could not recommend more! They pay attention to every little detail and always go above and beyond at what they do. We love them!!

We hired Danielle as our coordinator for our August 2026 wedding. The package we chose was enhanced coordination along with the glam booth. Danielle and Ethan were amazing! They understood our vision to have a mix of American, Vietnamese, Laos, and Khmer culture. I trusted all her recommendations and suggestions. As our officiant, bubble tea, and drapery were all vendors suggested by Danielle. Our wedding day was extremely smooth, we did not have to worry about anything. Our wedding party praised the organization and clear communication they received throughout the day. Our family loved the glam booth and the flow of the event.
