The team at The Arc Light is an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication style is responsive, warm, and inviting throughout the entire process. This one of a kind venue was renovated with the most beautiful attention to detail that respects the true history of the building. The staff is amazingly talented, handling every aspect seamlessly - from the gorgeous bridal and groom's suites to the outstanding catering. The Arc Light is such a stunning venue, making each couples wedding a truly unforgettable celebration.

The Arc Light venue was the perfect backdrop for our special day. Communication with their team was always timely and easy, especially with our coordinator Rachel who made sure everything flowed seamlessly. The space is absolutely gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city, and the value cannot be beat. Their meticulous attention to detail and organization meant our wedding day went off without a hitch. From the delicious food to the beautiful ambiance needing little decoration, the Arc Light venue contributed so much warmth, beauty and joy. We cannot recommend the Arc Light highly enough for your wedding or special event, as their professional yet bubbly team, especially Rachel, will make sure your day is everything you dreamed of and more.

I want to recommend The Arc Light Event Space and The Hive Catering Co for anyone interested in hosting an event to take the time and strongly consider this space! Party, wedding reception, Super Bowl watch party, team meeting, anything!!! I started planning a "Super Secret Surprise Party" for my wife's 60th Birthday over 8 months ago. I looked at so many venues, and in the process I met with Violet to look at what The Arc Light had to offer. I knew within the first 20 minutes of the tour that this was exactly what I was looking for. She answered so many questions, gave me a clean breakdown of all of the amenities and options for the space, and made me feel like she was just as excited for the party as I was. The next awesome step was getting to use the onsite catering and bar service provided by The Hive Catering Co. Rachel helped me build an amazing menu from their seasonal offerings that covered all the bases, set up the bar service that I wanted to offer my guests, and took care of arranging the table ware, service set up, etc. perfectly for our party. Both Violet and Rachel kept in contact with me leading up to the event making sure everything was dialed in and set up to flow perfectly for the big day. I had a timeline that involved many moving parts that all started with getting all of the guests into the space and posted up for when I arrived with my wife. They have an elevator (AWESOME for guests with limited mobility!!) that I planned ahead to bring her up in so she wouldn't be suspicious. (front steps are obviously taking us to the Arc Light ;) ) The elevator is located right next to the entrance to The Hardware Store Speakeasy which I used as a cover story to get her there that day. I led her in and hit the UP instead of Down and said "oops, my mistake" and when the door opened there was all of our guests yelling SURPRISE and the most awesome look on her face of pure joy seeing all her people!! Violet set up an amazing playlist on the Sonos sound system that provides control over all the rooms, and got me set up with the great projector that drops out of the ceiling to play a slideshow of my wife's 60 years in pictures on. She made sure it was perfect and I can't thank her enough! The staff were so amazing, helpful and friendly. They set up the food, took appetizers around for everyone to start, made sure the guests all got great service at the bar for their beverages of choice, and helped get us all to the main course so smoothly. They made sure to check in with me and see if there was anything we needed in between things and even found me a candle for the birthday girl to blow out (I spaced that completely). My guests loved the party and commented on how great the Arc Light is and a few said they wished they knew about it sooner so they could have used it for their events. I am so thankful to this group of awesome people for making the day perfect for us!!!

Violet was pivotal to making the wedding perfect. The service, venue, food..... everything was done with expertise and ease. I would highly recommend this venue.

If you are considering having your wedding or big event here, I highly recommend that you do! We chose to host our small wedding ceremony and reception here and everything went perfectly. The venue is gorgeous and served as the perfect setting for our big day. Trust me- even though the venue looks great in pictures, it is STUNNING in person. I cannot speak highly enough of Violet Jensen and her planning services. I can confidently say we would not have been able to pull off the wedding without her expertise. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and a delight to work with. She understood our vision and worked within our budget to make our dream wedding come to life. Violet’s knowledge and organization were instrumental in making our special day perfect.
