Our Investment packages start at $2,900. Our videographers have been professionally trained to ensure they get the best shots and maximum coverage, while also being non-invasive and stealth. We want to give you the best possible experience working with a wedding videographer. We also pride ourselves on having excellent customer service. We've established a well-developed system to custom tailor your film. Once we get to know you and your wedding videography needs, we can provide you with an exact quote.

For off-season events (November - April), please inquire for mid-week and weekend discounts. Our mid-week days are Monday-Thursday and weekends are Friday-Sunday. We do not offer discounts on long weekends or holidays.

Yes we are insured. If you need to show your venue our insurance certificate please contact us.

Yes we do! We love filming aerials and can really give your film that extra cinematic look. Drone coverage must be cleared with your venue first. Please check with your venue about drone policy.

To put it simply, Yes! Think about what you really want to be captured during the day and what memories are extra important to you. Most couples would say their vows or a toast a beloved family member makes. What you're referring to is audio heavy and you want to be sure you have a videographer that knows how to capture that audio correctly. We use multiple techniques which include lavaliers and handheld microphones to achieve clean audio. You can read more about wedding videography audio on our blog post.

We have filmed all kinds of ceremonies. Tea Ceremonies, Laotian, Persian, Jewish, Catholic, Somalian, Indian and many more. Our videographers are experts and can adapt our ceremony filming techniques to any tradition.

We generally recommend booking 12-14 months in advance. Sometimes we book dates a year in advanced and sometimes we book dates last minute if we have space. It all depends on how popular your date is. To be safe, the sooner the better.

To reserve the date we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit with the remainder due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Yes! We travel throughout the Pacific Northwest area, near and far. For events 10 miles outside our office radius (2552 NW Vaughn St, Portland, Oregon 97210) we do have a mileage fee of $1.50 per mile, to compensate the videography team's gas and travel. For events over 2.75 hr from our office, we may need hotels provided for our team (~$200 per shooter), but we'll determine this when we chat.

Tips are not expected - but greatly appreciated! Tips go straight to our videographers for their hard work. If you'd like to tip the team after an event, send us a message OR you can Venmo us directly @candyglassproductions. On Venmo, please include a note w/ your wedding info (name + date) and what it's for (videographer tip!!).

Yes. Unlike most wedding videography companies, we give couples the option to purchase the raw footage of their wedding. Raw Footage will contain *everything* the team filmed and recorded that day (long and short snippets of film & audio). Please keep in mind that the raw footage is unedited and will have a starkly different appearance from the edited films. Raw footage is provided “as-is” and with absolutely no guarantees, technical or otherwise. No post-processing, color correction, or audio mixing has been done to this footage. We offer Raw Footage USB drives as an add-on item for $600.
