This exquisite reception venue is adorned with crystal chandeliers that illuminate the space with a touch of glamour. Giant windows for ample natural light and with modern wood floors add a contemporary touch. The ballroom pairs with the Veiled Garden and Chapel for a one-of-a-kind wedding experience.

A classic elegant white chapel wedding ceremony experience.
A classic white wedding chapel situated against picturesque Oregon hillsides. With large windows for ample natural light. 30-foot ceilings, beautiful timber-frame beams, and a historic wedding bell for couples to ring after saying I do. The venue rental includes our Veiled Garden for scenic outdoor wedding photos and pairs with Abernethy Ballroom for a luxurious indoor reception.

Wonderful experience with the Abernethy Center!!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience celebrating our wedding at the Abernethy Center, and working with Kassandra and Katie while planning it! From the beginning of the planning process Kassandra and Katie were communicative and friendly and truly functioned as partners in making our wedding vision come to life. Katie specifically was our coordinator and main contact for planning, and was extremely knowledgeable about different vendors and decor options, and helped us to stay organized and keep our theme coherent. Katie was extremely responsive as we continued to tweak our plans for the wedding and she made a stressful process much easier. When we moved our wedding from an outside location at Abernethy to completely inside due to a historic heatwave, Katie handled all of the logistics for us, and we were so grateful to be lucky enough to have that option and be able to be flexible. The day of the wedding, Katie was a constant presence without being overbearing, from helping the groom and groomsmen with every single bow tie to shuttling my husband and I around for our golden-hour photos, she made sure that everything got along smoothly. She was also incredibly helpful in helping us arrange specific accommodations for one of our siblings who uses a wheelchair - this is something in particular that we are very grateful for, as many businesses often resist even meeting regular ADA requirements. The Abernethy overall is one of the most accommodating businesses we have ever encountered on that front, and helped us out with all requests, no questions asked, allowing the whole family to celebrate together comfortably. We could not recommend working with Katie more, she made the whole process seamless and did a wonderful job helping to plan, setup, and execute the wedding! Overall the Abernethy Center is such a beautiful spot with many gorgeous places to celebrate, they are seasoned professionals who executed the event seemingly effortlessly (though of course it really took a ton of work!), and we had an amazing time beyond what we could have hoped for.

Simply Story Book Wedding
From our first conversation with the Abernethy Center, we knew we'd found our venue. The Karissa communicated with us every step of the way and always took time to explain details in a straightforward manner. Jenny, our day of coordinator went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day felt special—Jenny personally orchestrated our walk down the aisle, timing everything perfectly so I arrived at the altar right as my song ended, which created such a dramatic and timeless moment. The venue itself is gorgeous and truly one-of-a-kind, with an elegant, executive feel that made our celebration feel refined. The only hiccup we experienced was the credit card processing fee, which felt steep and honestly should have been built into their quoted price from the start. Despite that, it was absolutely worth it, and we'd book the Abernethy Center again in a heartbeat.

Great Venue, Awesome Food, Amazing Staff!
Abernethy Center Words truly can’t describe how much we loved getting married here. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the food is delicious. From our very first tour to our grand exit at the end of the night, we felt incredibly well taken care of and completely at home. They have weddings so dialed in that the entire planning process felt seamless and stress-free. Even with how efficient everything is, we never once felt like just another event on a checklist. They genuinely make you feel like your wedding is a one-of-a-kind experience—and that meant everything to us. We had the pleasure of working with Kassandra as our event specialist, and she was amazing. She answered every question quickly and often anticipated our follow-ups with helpful additional details. Emilee was our day-of coordinator, and she was just as incredible—kind, calm, and so easy to work with. She executed our vision perfectly (even when we forgot our seating chart!) and handled everything behind the scenes with such grace. If anything went wrong, we never knew—and if we needed something, she was right there. Our guests are still complimenting so many aspects of Abernethy Center. The food was a huge hit—so many options, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend attending a tasting before finalizing your menu. Even though it rained on our wedding day, it was still absolutely beautiful. The Chapel and Ballroom felt warm, cozy, and intimate. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married.

Best Wedding Venue - By Far
I could not imagine having my wedding at any other venue except for Abernethy in Oregon! There is so much to love about them - the venue is beautiful, of course, but all of their staff are so incredible & kind, from the coordinators I worked with, to my day-of planner, to the wait staff that I encountered. Abernethy offers in-house catering, which not only takes that off of your plate when it comes to planning, but the menu is INCREDIBLE. Many of my wedding guests have told me time and time again that Abernethy served some of the best wedding food they've ever had. Lastly, throughout my experience, I greatly appreciated the fact that at Abernethy, you can have the wedding you want at any price point. Abernethy outshone any other venue I visited, and again, I could not imagine my wedding without them!

Stunning and Perfect!
Our wedding day was perfect and there are so many reasons why. Having the entire thing with Abernethy made everything so easy! Karissa helped us from the start and made sure everything was as needed. The day ran perfectly! The venues are perfect and the food was AMAZING. Get yourself some strawberry firefly tarts.
