Abbey Road Farm is the perfect venue for your celebrations & events up to 200 people. Choose from a number of locations, all with amazing views including the Silo Garden, the Parlor Garden or our Wedding Triangle that overlooks the Trappist Abbey itself. Also, our newly renovated Horse Riding Arena offers over 5,000 square feet of indoor space! Perfect for corporate gatherings, milestone celebrations, engagement parties, bridal showers, farm-to-table dinners, breathtaking ceremonies and receptions. We would be thrilled to help you create wonderful memories.

Yes! The use of our facilities and gardens is exclusive to our wine club members. But don’t worry, if you are not a member yet, we have four tiers to choose from that fit all tastes and budgets. Bonuses to our wine club – it ships 2 time a year, you will be billed at each shipping cycle.
All weddings at Abbey Road Farm are given a rental timeframe from 12:00pm-10:00pm. This includes any set up time needed. There is a one-hour grace period for tear down until 11:00pm. We ask that all vendors and guests who are not staying on property with us depart by that time. Because there is a mandatory noise ordinance from the county there are no exceptions. All music must end by 10:00pm.
We require the use of a preferred catering partner. We've hand picked these caterers as the best of the best. There is a wide range of styles and price points in our concise list so it’s not too overwhelming. They're all familiar with the property and offer excellent service & quality. You are not required to use the same company for food & beverage service.
The only one we require you to use is catering. All of the other vendors on the list are hand-selected partners that we know and trust and can confidently recommend for stellar product and service.
We do require the purchase of “Day of” event insurance where we require a binder with Abbey Road Farm named as additionally insured. This may be an additional cost through your insurance provider. In additional to the property rental, there is the standard cleaning fee and wine purchase requirement. Any lodging selections or smaller event space rentals would be in addition to the property rental.
No. Our preferred caterers can add this to the full service package they offer or you can rent them through a third party rental company. We do have items on property that can be used as well such as wine barrels, string lights, etc. Inquire with Kristen for specifics.
No. We want to make sure you and your guests have a one of a kind, memorable experience which does not include the presence of folks who are not with your group!
We have five suites in the Silos and three bedrooms in the Ranch House for a total of 8 bedrooms. If beds are shared we can sleep a total of 18 people.
Yes. We are really close to Newberg & McMinnville both of which have some great lodging options for all price points. There are also other B&B’s and Airbnb houses in the area!
Sure, our rental time starts at noon and you have access to the Tack Room. Our Tool Shed is complimentary with a lodging buyout or a per hour rental fee. If you need more time, there is a per hour fee; see above in additional charges section.
Yes. Abbey Road Farm requires all events to acquire at a minimum a day-of-coordinator to assist with items such as timeline, decor, vendor coordination, clean up, etc. This coordinator must be a licensed and insured event planning professional and attend the event from set up through tear down.
