A Historic Setting with a Futuristic Flair

Experience a wedding venue like no other in the Space Museum, as you dance the night away beside exhibits of modern-day aircraft and dramatic 100-foot-tall ceilings and windows. As our largest venue, the museum boasts over 120,000 square feet of space for celebrations of up to 400 guests. Your guests will never forget celebrating next to a Titan II missile and an SR-71 Blackbird.

    As a Portland-based wedding planner, I had the privilege of coordinating a wedding at Evergreen Reception Hall, and it was such a wonderful experience! The in-house catering team, bartenders, and staff were all amazing to work with and played a huge part in making the day run smoothly. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful place to get married. Hoping I get the opportunity to work here again soon!

    Above and Beyond in Every Way

    We had the most amazing experience with this venue—truly a beautiful space that exceeded all of our expectations. Kelsey, Shannon, and Megan were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. They were always flexible, incredibly organized, and consistently communicative, which made planning so much easier. What we appreciated most was how they fully supported our vision. They gave us the freedom to decorate and personalize the space exactly how we wanted, and executed everything without hesitation or pushback. On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything was so well planned and coordinated in advance that we were able to just be present and enjoy every moment. We couldn’t recommend this venue and team more!

    Exceptional Venue

    Evergreen Events’ Lodge & Reception Hall wasp the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful and professional in guiding us through the planning process. Their communication was always prompt and clear, putting us at ease every step of the way. On the day of, the venue was beautifully set up and immaculately clean - it was the perfect backdrop for hosting our special celebration. If I had to get married all over again, I would still choose this venue in a heartbeat. It was so perfect and we are so happy with how everything turned out.

Yes, there is ample parking for all of your guests at our venue!
Your reservation includes twelve hours from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up. We have a hard stop at 11pm, all of your guests must be off site no later than then.
We require all of our couples to have event insurance, this typically ranges from $150-$200 and can easily be purchased through websites such as EWed.com
Yes, we do require all wedding couples hire a day-of or full-service coordinator.
When you book with Evergreen Events, our venue coordinators guide you from start to finish, answering all venue and catering questions. On your wedding day, we’re onsite to ensure seamless execution. Our team manages in-house staff, floor plan setup, catering, bar service, and venue operations, including lighting, AV, and HVAC. Wedding coordinators and planners handle details beyond the venue, such as event design, detailed timelines, décor setup, and directing your rehearsal and ceremony, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
