I work at a wedding venue so I kept telling myself I got this I got this and right about 3 months out I was like nope I don’t got this I need to accept the fact I need help. With having relationships with a lot of coordinators it was hard to pick one so I initially went with Evivva since it was too hard to pick a “friendor” and I had not worked with them much but heard nothing but amazing things from brides I talked to. I immediately reached out to Kat and she hopped on the phone with us and got to know us and instantly we clicked and it felt like talking to a friend! Kat was our day of the Sydney helped as the event coordinator and Nikki was our event concierge! Kat held on to our marriage certificate all night, Sydney always had a water bottle on hand for my husband and I and Nikki was busy running around setting everything up for us. We had their A team for sure we felt so laid back lol I was so relaxed people kept asking if I was okay since I was just lounging around and I was like “oh yes I have the best team of people helping I’m just so at peace right now” and it felt so nice to feel 0 stress the day of the wedding after stressing for the months leading up! We loved how the Evivva team made a timeline for family, made us a packing list, and gave all important info in a beautiful shareable PDF link. We knew that Geraldine was the perfect coordinator/planner the first call we had with her. She is a perfect mix of personable and organized. When catering forgot our menus at our wedding, she created and printed new ones hours before dinner. For our reception, she helped me with my dress, carried my things while we took pictures, and kept everything running efficiently while we were busy partying and too tipsy to care about a timeline. “Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with. Many wedding guests even commented to me on how wonderful she is! If you are looking for the perfect balance of love and logistics- you will be thrilled with Engaged Event Management!”

We had a private property wedding with lots of tent permit/alcohol license questions that needed answers. Johanna not only helped answer all of our questions, but gave us the confidence to sit back and enjoy our day! She was punctual and always a ray of sunshine! We also had a specific vision for the table settings and ceremony. JLM executed the decor flawlessly. We also hired Danielly to capture short “content creation” videos. This was THE BEST decision we could have made. It was such a treat to see our wedding in little snippets that we can have for the rest of our lives!”

“Sarah was an invaluable resource to us both during our wedding weekend and throughout our planning process. She helped develop our aesthetic and style choices as well as speed up our planning process by recommending vendors within our price range (she helped us find our DJ, who was awesome). She was easy to communicate with if we had any questions and her calm, cool demeanor gave us confidence that we were in a good spot with our planning. Then on the wedding day, she executed everything on the money. We were consistently ahead of schedule throughout the day, and we both felt we could lean on her if we needed something. We cannot recommend Sarah enough!!”
