She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and if something wasn’t working out (inclement weather) she was a quick problem solver. “Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. “I truly cannot thank Sam enough for all the hard work, time, care, and love she poured into making my wedding day so seamless and stress free. I met with her about 10 months before my wedding, and at that point I was starting to feel overwhelmed because I had barely planned anything. “I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. “From our first initial "meet and greet" call with Erin, we could tell that she was extremely intentional about her services. I still remember her asking us, "what a successful wedding day looked like to each of us," when we first started the planning process. Even though we had hired her for her day of coordinator services, throughout the journey of planning our wedding, we would bring Erin some of the most random questions and I (the bride) would bring a lot of concerns that were brought up with times where I was feeling stressed. But each time, Erin made sure to answer all of our questions/concerns and made sure to always bring us back down from stressful mindsets and remind us of our initial answers to that question. We truly felt that Erin prioritized us and made sure to get to know us on a personal level. With knowing our personalities, I feel that Erin would change her approaches in helping us plan in ways that we could easily digest as the planning of a wedding on our own felt overwhelming at times. Erin was also very good at noticing when we would forget to complete some of our “to-do” items and would gently send us reminders or even offer to assist us in completing certain planning tasks to help us get to the finish line. Towards the last few weeks, I was working on the final details such as our seating chart and going slightly crazy with aligning all the names and numbers on Canva and Erin swooped in to quickly fix all of our signage! Even down to the day before the wedding during our “load-in” at the reception space, we discovered that 20 of our plates had broken during transportation and Erin assured us that she would make it all work for our guests and vendors and that everyone had a plate! I wish we had hired Erin for the full wedding coordination, but we were blessed that she worked with our budget to give us day of coordination and month of coordination, and even extra coordination and the answer to our many questions/concerns. Erin was not only was extremely organized with coordinating for us, but she brought up so many factors that we would have overlooked and made the moments leading up to our big day and the wedding day itself extremely seamless. I truly felt that Erin always and completely understood the visions we had for the feel of our wedding and how we wanted everything to flow and look. My husband and I were on a very tight budget which Erin understood and made sure that we could find ways to achieve the aspects of our wedding that we wanted in a budget friendly way. Lastly, Erin's calm, warm and extremely friendly personality made it so that she was amazing to work with, I was always excited for our meetings with her and all of our vendors, and our ceremony/reception coordinators loved her and her team! “I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. “There are a great many things I can say about how absolutely amazing Koral is, and I will. But first and foremost I need to say this: hire this woman! We booked Koral & Ko for a “month of,” coordination package. We already had most of our things booked (venue, vendors, etc.) but we wanted someone to help us make it over the finish line. Most of our anxiety stemmed from small details, little decisions and doubt in our ability to corral all of our friends and family. Koral, made all of that anxiety evaporate. She knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we were all aligned when it came to the details. Prior to when Koral’s contract actually began, she would still checked in and even provided us with check lists to ensure we were on track with all of our planning. When something we wanted to figure out was too complicated for us to do on our own, we were able to utilize our Planning Calls that were part of our package. It was incredibly helpful to use her as a sounding board when it came to ideas and timelines! We didn’t realize how many little details and questions come up or how many people reach out once you approach the actual wedding date. Koral took on all of our vendor communication and timeline coordination to iron out any wrinkles. All of our vendors told us how much they loved how organized and prompt she was! When it came to our wedding day, my husband and I can honestly say we felt like guests. Koral and her team handled absolutely everything. There was a moment where a dark shade of lipstick was smeared across my dress and she pulled out a tide to go pen and cleaned it up before my grand entrance! She also procured a sewing kit when a groomsman lost a button on his tuxedo! And when we needed to find a family member or friend for a picture, she was able to track them down with the efficiency of a bloodhound. We did not feel at all rushed at any point on the day. Our vendors were genuinely shocked at the fact we were consistently ahead of schedule because everything was so seamless. The timeline Koral created was intuitive and well thought out. The day was orchestrated so beautifully that my husband and I forgot we helped planned this day too! Seeing our vision executed by Koral’s team was simply beautiful. Our wedding was kid friendly and we wanted to add a kid’s specific area for our wedding. We were able to add a design package with Koral because we had no idea what to do! Koral and her team create a mocked up design of a children’s play area and executed it perfectly! All of our guests with kids loved the idea! My husband and I even forgot there were kids at our wedding! Overall, Koral’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does created a magical day for my husband and I. We wholeheartedly recommend Koral & Ko to anyone in need of exceptional wedding coordination services. Thank you, Koral, for making our special day absolutely perfect!”
