She answered my many questions over text, email, and during our monthly calls. She sent us an email a few days prior to our meeting with an agenda including topics she needed to discuss with us as well as upcoming tasks we would need to complete. “My husband and I attempted to plan our entire wedding ourselves, but about 4-5 months prior I totally panicked when I realized I just didnt know what I didnt know; Enter Liz (a godsend!). Liz is fantastic to work with - she's calm, well organized, and creative. Exactly what you need from a planner! Liz helped us think of every last thing we needed to prep for before our wedding weekend so that there weren't any surprises. Liz interfaced extremely well with our other vendors and kept them on track leading up to and day of. She kept everyone informed as we developed and fine tuned our detailed day of schedule, which ensured everything went smoothly. When it comes to creativity, Liz is who you want in your corner. She has a talent for calligraphy and hand wrote all of our place cards, hand painted names on all of the ribbons around our menus (and hunted through stores for the perfect ribbon color), hand painted our table numbers, and got a special stamp made of one of the key design elements throughout our wedding. Liz and her team also constructed 100 welcome bags from the various items I shipped to her and then hand delivered all of them to our different hotel blocks. After our wedding, she and her staff even packed up and stored all the items from the wedding overnight and then delivered them to us the next day. These were the types of things I didn’t know how to plan for (and that kept me up at night) before we hired Liz, and she just simply handled them without an issue. If you are looking for full or partial planning, I highly recommend working with Liz!”

“We had Christina do our month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding and she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! She is so super knowledgable about everything and has such good instincts about event planning. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. I had multiple people from the wedding party ask "wait so that's your coordinator?" and then follow with something along the lines of "she's awesome she just told me where to go and what to do so fast - and I was like YES M'AM" All of the party loved working with her, from my parents to my in-laws. I cannot stress enough how much of an amazing person she is through and through - and if you're lucky enough to get in her books for your wedding, you won't regret it!!”

She helped us address a lot of little details we never considered. When we needed guidance she helped us figure out what we want. She directed us to other incredible vendors like our photographer. As it got close to the wedding she was always available and quick to respond. She even added an extra meeting when I was stressed and felt like I needed to make sure we were on the right path with getting things done. When I started to panic about decor she sent me photos and even doodles to help me envision it which was not only helpful but made me laugh. Her and her team made our day so amazing and memorable. “Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of. She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day. Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes; if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended; she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day. And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day. HIGHLY recommend her!”

“Kayla Lyon was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding near Endicott NY in July 2026, and she did a great job, ensuring the day was calm and organized, exactly how my daughter wanted it. Kayla is a good listener, she wanted to understand exactly what was most important to the bride and groom. She also was very familiar with the venue, Howland Farm, and was so helpful with set-up and breakdown. She also recommended several vendors, which was really helpful since we do not live locally. Kayla organized monthly video calls leading up to the wedding to keep all the planning on track. On the day of, she patiently fielded every question with a smile. “Gabby was stunning at her job. As soon as it hit three months before wedding (which is the contract we chose), she took just about everything reasonable off of our plate. She managed all the emails we needed sent, arranged meetings with all of our vendors, supported us getting our priorities met (even if our vendors disagreed), and did all of it with joy, kindness, and whimsy. Multiple times during wedding day, I started to panic that something was wrong or overwhelming and she just very calmly took care of my needs, let me have a minute to stress and come down, and then fixed it to the degree possible.
