We work with couples in NYC, across the country, and for destination weddings in Portugal, Spain, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

Everything in Full Planning, plus white-glove guest management, full design direction, two site visits, and a team of three on the ground for your wedding weekend in Portugal, Spain, Mexico, or Costa Rica. We handle the details across borders so you can enjoy every moment. Ideal for couples booking 12–18 months out.

From yes to last dance, we're your creative partner for every detail; unlimited meetings, unlimited vendor referrals, full design development, budget tracking, guest management, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, and lead planner plus assistant on-site for 12 hours. You focus on being engaged. We'll build the wedding. Ideal for couples booking 12–18 months out.

You've started, now let us help you finish strong. We step in with fresh eyes: weekly meetings, up to 15 vendor referrals, design review for cohesion, budget tracking, timeline creation, final walkthroughs, and lead planner plus assistant on-site for 12 hours. Ideal for couples booking 6-9 months out who have momentum but need expert support.

    A Woman That Gets The Job Done

    Hire Tea Shepherd for your wedding if you want a detailed oriented, kind, calm presence with flawless execution! I was in utter shambles when my ceremony venue fell through and Tea sprung into action. Finding venues that fit our criteria, guiding us through how to make the most seamless wedding timeline, meeting with our venues and communicating with our families across 2 continents.     The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding

    We cannot recommend Tea and Sanctuary Events enough. From our very first conversation, Tea kept us organized, on track, and genuinely calm through what can be an overwhelming process — we truly don't know how we would have gotten through those final two months without her. On the wedding day itself, she was absolutely everywhere at once in the best possible way.     Best wedding coordinator / planner!

    We bootstrapped our wedding - from sourcing the vendors to building the vibe, we thought we could do it all but realized we needed someone to bring opinion, ask the hard questions and tighten the logistics of our big day. We are so glad we worked with Tea and Sanctuary Events. Working with them allowed us to focus on our wedding, not worrying about the planning and logistical details of the wedding.     The best wedding coordinator - worth it!

    Working with Tea as our day of coordinator was such a relief from start to finish. She communicated clearly about every detail and kept everything organized without making it feel stressful. She jumped in head first 4 weeks before our day and allowed us to be at ease during the lead up. On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about anything because Tea had it all handled. She was there making sure everything ran smoothly while we actually got to enjoy the moment. What impressed us most was how she brought so much fun and heart to the work, treating our wedding like it mattered to her personally. She became part of our family and friends, not just our planner.     Thank You Tea!

    We hired Tea through Mostest, and we’re so happy to have worked with her! We had an 87-person restaurant wedding at American Brass in LIC. As our DoC, she was incredible and picked up seamlessly all the things we planned for the wedding. I had put together most of the plans ahead of time, but she came in with suggestions and perfected all the details. I trusted her completely to run the day and also do all the decor setup. She made the venue looks so beautiful without much input from us as we trusted her vision. She coordinated with all the vendors before the wedding and during and they all had very positive things to say about her. She was so thoughtful with the preparations for the wedding and attentive to our needs. She checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we had a drink and anything else while also making sure ran smoothly. She worked well with both of our families and truly has a great personality and spirit for weddings!
