Michelle Edgemont Design is an event design and floral design studio that specializes in sophisticated, modern events with an unconventional twist. Our clients hire us to bring that extra special spark to their wedding through eye-catching decor details. We are able to produce events with a wide variety of budgets in the NYC and Hudson Valley area.

Unlike other florists who might book multiple weddings per day, we only book one couple per weekend. This let's us give you our undivided attention and best staff. We are also a full service event design studio - which means that in addition to providing your flowers, we can design, source, and set-up ALL of your decor.

    Seriously hire Michelle to do your flowers!!

    We hired Michelle to design our wedding flowers this past Fall. She did an amazing job! From her first email to the second I saw my bouquet, she was kind, full of creative ideas, and right on our budget. She designed the most beautiful flowers for us that I've ever seen! Everything was perfect. I still get teary eyed thinking about my bouquet and the amazing chuppah. My favorite thing about her is that her studio only books one wedding a weekend. Some florists I was talking to said they do up to 5 in one day! That's crazy. I felt secure knowing that my wedding was the only one that her and her amazing staff were working on. Her attention to detail definitely showed! Hire her, you won't be disappointed.

    The best money I ever spent!!

    We were so lost with our wedding decor, until we found Michelle. She literally saved my sanity!! I didn't need a wedding coordinator, but I did need a one-stop-shop to create all of our decor and flowers. Michelle Edgemont Design is that. She was patient with all of my ideas, very transparent in her pricing, and the loveliest to work with. I recommend her a million times over!!!


Yes! Our staff will be there at the end of your ceremony and reception to break everything down. We can even arrange for all of your flowers to be composted or given to guests at the end of the event.
We specialize in full event design. This means that we design every decor item at your wedding - from the save the dates and invitations to the lighting, flowers, signage, and rentals. Like an interior designer for your house, we are the creative vision that brings everything together to make a cohesive, beautiful, wedding for you and your partner.
You could hire us for your wedding flowers anywhere from 18 months to 3 months out from your wedding. Michelle Edgemont Design is unique in that we only book one couple per weekend. This means that A) our weekends fill up fast, and B) your wedding gets our undivided attention. We aren't managing multiple events the week leading up to or on your wedding day.
Michelle Edgemont Design does all initial consultations over the phone. We like to see some of your inspiration images or a pinterest board full of things that you love. This way, we can get a peek into the colors, flowers, and decor that you are drawn to for your wedding. After the phone consultation, we will send you a design board and estimate for the decor and flowers for your wedding.
