Hi! I’m Kim, owner of Hartman Events, lover of handwritten lists and coffee. I grew up in Central New York and now call the Adirondacks home, where the scenery is stunning (even if the wi-fi isn’t). I love planning events—blending my passions and strengths to keep things organized and stress-free for my clients. I treat each wedding as my own and may even tear up at your vows. When I’m not coordinating weddings, I’m outside with my golden doodle, enjoying rosé, spending time with family, or watching Friends for the 1000th time!

What sets me apart is my background in large-scale non-profit events, where I learned to make quick, educated decisions and stay calm under pressure—skills I bring to every wedding. My approach combines meticulous organization, creativity, and a genuine connection with clients.
