Fabulous Upstate NY Wedding Planner!

Wedding at McKenzie Wilderness Estate
Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made a detailed to-do list with deadlines to make sure we stayed on top of the many wedding tasks. She helped with our complicated guest shuttles and made a very detailed timeline of the day. Communicating with Kim was always easy. She answered my many questions over text, email, and during our monthly calls. She sent us an email a few days prior to our meeting with an agenda including topics she needed to discuss with us as well as upcoming tasks we would need to complete. On the wedding day, things inevitably went awry but Kim took care of everything to the point that my husband and I never even knew! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kim and we will miss getting to talk to her every month! I would recommend Kim to anyone needing a wedding planner.

Highly recommend!
From day 1, Kim was very responsive and organized. She was always one step ahead of us and was calm, and reassuring. She loves what she does and it is very evident! Kim is professional and communicated through texts, phone calls, emails, google meets...whatever we needed. She scheduled meetings dates ahead of time with my daughter (the bride) to go over all of the necessary details. Kim had a very detailed and thorough plan for the weeks leading up to the the wedding and for the day of. Behind the scenes, she was "on" 100% of the time. The day was incredible! I highly recommend Kim. She didn't just plan the wedding with us she became an integral part of our team and memories. We will miss collaborating with her!
