“THANK YOU DANIELLE! We could not have pulled off the most perfect day without her. I have been recommending her to all of my friends in the wedding planning stage because she so beyond worth it. Me and my husband think so highly of Danielle because she made planning easy, relaxing, and fun, which is not the experience many of my friends have had. Most importantly, she made sure the wedding ran so smoothly that my husband and I could be fully in the moment and enjoy every second of our wedding. We did not have to lift a finger! For the type A people debating if they could relinquish planning to someone else...let this be your sign that you can and should! I typically plan everything (trips into PowerPoints with rain plans, alternate forms of transportation, etc) so I was worried having a planner would be hard for me. I could not have been more wrong. Danielle does so much work behind the scenes and is so proactive that I knew I could fully relax. I am so grateful we hired her. I had complete confidence she had every detail and its plan b planned. She is a great communicator and you can tell she loves what she does. All the vendors at my wedding (photographer, makeup artists, venue coordinator, etc) had commented about how Danielle was so on top of everything, communicated well & early, went above and beyond compared to any other planner they had ever worked with. So this review is both from very happy customers and very happy wedding vendors. Danielle was very easy to connect with and kept it real. If she thought something wasn’t a good idea, not worth it, etc she would tell you and that’s how she quickly built trust and made sure we stayed within budget. On the day of the wedding we had two big issues come up (not her fault) and I did not even bat an eye because I knew Danielle was on it. First issue was the hotel had given one of our suites up for getting ready in. In less than an hour, we had keys to both of the suites we had booked. Our shuttle for the wedding also did not show up. Luckily, guests were able to get to the venue. In the background, Danielle was finding alternative options for transportation. At the end of the night the shuttle showed up and she ensured they not only brought people back to the hotel and after party, but also back from the after party when the bar closed. After the wedding, we was able to get us a refund after HOURS of calling the shuttle company. Danielle is someone who will go to bat for you, has years of experience, and is so good she even had a Type A bride feel totally relaxed on the wedding day. Thank you for everything!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christina Vargas and the incredible role she played in making my surprise 40th birthday celebration such a memorable event. While my husband was busy coordinating family and friends who traveled from near and far to celebrate with us, Christina stepped in and handled all of the final details, immediately putting his mind at ease and allowing him to actually enjoy the occasion. From coordinating the pickup of the catered food to setting up and breaking down the entire event space, Christina ensured everything ran seamlessly. Rather than letting it become a problem, Christina immediately jumped into action, left the venue, purchased a JBL speaker using my husband's card, and returned in time to ensure the music and announcements went off without a hitch. Her quick thinking and dedication ensured that no detail was overlooked. Christina's professionalism, organization, creativity, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. She treated our celebration as if it were her own and helped create a stress-free experience that our family and friends are still talking about. After we toured Olio and met Sarah, booking with her team at Without A Hitch was a no brainer and truly worth every penny. Our coordinator, Allison, supported us all along the way; no question was too big or too small. Her responses were timely, infinitely useful, and a massive weight off of our shoulders throughout the entire process. We leaned on many of her recommendations for vendors, including some of our very favorite wedding components like the arcade games we set up for guests and our awesome DJ. “I can’t say enough good things about Ayden! I hired her later in the planning process, and my only regret is not hiring her sooner. She truly kept me sane on my wedding day. From quickly bustling my dress so I could get back to the party, to even helping my dad fix the hem of his pants—she went above and beyond in every way. My venue went through three different coordinators in the span of a year (something I never thought would happen, especially at such a nice hotel in Maine). The communication was a nightmare, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Ayden. She was relentless in trying to get in contact with someone when I simply didn’t have the time—I work a full-time, demanding job—and I didn’t even hear from the venue until about three weeks before my wedding. We still had timeline issues that needed immediate attention, and Ayden took charge. She finally got me in touch with the general manager, and things smoothed out from there. By the time the wedding arrived, I was so burnt out that I gave Ayden very little direction on how to set up some of my decorative pieces—and she absolutely nailed it. Everything looked wonderful and exactly how I had envisioned it (if not better). She kept me on schedule, executed every detail perfectly, and made the day feel effortless. I know wedding planning is expensive, but the stress and anxiety are just not worth the hassle. Having Ayden there was truly priceless. She is calm, collected, and incredibly detail-oriented—exactly the person you want by your side on your wedding day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, let this be your sign—Ayden is absolutely incredible!”

“My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”

“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Throughout the entire planning process, she was incredibly organized, communicative, and on top of every detail. She kept us on track, coordinated with vendors, answered questions quickly, and helped make what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. We always felt like we knew what was coming next and what we needed to be focused on. One of the things we appreciated most was her ability to understand the vision we had for our wedding and help bring it to life.
