“Working with Enchanted Events was hands down one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. We can’t believe how perfect the day was, and Enchanted Events had a massive impact in making that happen. We cannot recommend working with them enough!!”

“The best decision we made while planning our September 2022 wedding was hiring Ariana and the AMC Weddings team. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning and designing process was astounding. Ariana was there to make us feel confident in each decision we were making for our wedding day whether the decision big or small. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. Her immaculately-detailed timelines, design plans, itineraries, and expertise were truly unmatched and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. The AMC Weddings Team (thank you also to Pascale, Lauren, and Macey!) blended in during our wedding day so seamlessly. There was even an issue with the person that was supposed to bring our dog Luna to our first look location. We, as the bride and groom, didn’t even realize it was an issue until the following day that Luna was not going to be able to be brought back to our home nearby by the dog company we hired. AMC Weddings didn’t even think twice and drove over 40 minutes one-way to ensure she was brought back safely, without even a hiccup in the day. “How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. We were constantly in touch with her beginning 3 months out from the big day (and even earlier at times!). She anticipated issues, kept us on track, and took care of details we never would have thought to plan for. On the big day, every family member and friend knew exactly where to be and when, and there was no stress whatsoever due to her careful planning and her team's attentiveness. Everything went smoothly, our guests were beyond impressed, and everyone had a blast! Sarah went above and beyond and we will be forever grateful!”

The last three months can be extra stressful leading up to the wedding and Madison and her team made me feel so at ease leading up to our big day. From coordinating with vendors on all the logistics, to the small details that I wouldn't have even thought of, Madison and her team always had it covered and handled everything with professionalism and always 5 steps ahead. They truly went above and beyond, allowing us to enjoy every moment without a single worry. And no ask was too small or large - we had to fully dismantle the venue the same night of and Madison and team took this off my plate which was a lifesaving moment! “We could not have been happier to have Victoria on our team for our July 2024 wedding! We hired Victoria for wedding day management. She went above and beyond throughout our planning process and made us feel like we were her top priority, even though we know she works with many couples throughout the wedding season. Her organization, attention to detail, and patience are unmatched. The BEO that she creates for the wedding day was so informative and detailed and brought so much joy to this Type A bride! During planning, I was struggling with the color scheme and table design for the reception. Victoria came to my rescue and helped design our table scapes and handled all correspondence with the rentals company. The outcome was absolutely stunning and I could not have been happier. Similarly, I did not know how to go about creating the timeline for our transportation and wedding day. Victoria provided this for us and it was seamless and so easy. Our family and wedding party were so impressed with how she ran our wedding rehearsal. On the wedding day itself, she made sure that the day flowed smoothly. From collecting and setting up all of our day-of details, orchestrating the flow of our wedding ceremony, and even bustling my wedding dress, she was involved in every aspect of our day and ensured that it was perfect. My husband and I could relax and be fully present knowing that Victoria had everything under control. I cannot recommend Victoria and Everlasting Affairs highly enough!”

The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they were incredibly attentive, paying close attention to every detail to bring our wedding vision to life. They listened to us and carried out our ideas down to the smallest details (like hiding ceramic cows under my parents’ name tags), and were creative with my extra decorating material without specific direction from me (who had plenty of other things to worry about). “HIRE CASSIE!!! There are so many reasons to hire Cassie, including that she is absolutely a lovely human being, but it really boils down to she will make your whole wedding better, both from your perspective and your guests’. We were definitely that overly anxious couple who thought about eloping at every other decision. Cassie greatly reduced the stress on our plates by doing all the research so we could actually enjoy making the decisions and envisioning our day. Anything we didn’t absolutely love, Cassie would come back to us with new options, helping to fine tune the vision so the day perfectly fit us. When we were worried we were behind schedule or over budget, Cassie and her phenomenal organizational skills always helped reassure us of the timeline and that we were in fact coming in under budget for our wedding. And she did all of this while we lived in California, planning our Massachusetts wedding. At one point during the process, my partner,Cassie, and I were in three different states, but she always found the time to meet and made sure she was always available for us. The day of the wedding, we got so much feedback from our parents and the bridal party that they have never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Even the hairstylist noted she had never seen a bridal party so relaxed and on schedule. At our wedding, with Cassie handling all the day-of coordination, we were able to simply be guests of honor and enjoy the evening. Our wedding ended up being beyond our wildest dreams and it is really all thanks to Cassie.”

“Working with Valerie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I originally thought I would be fine with just a day-of coordinator, but trying to balance wedding planning with an already busy life eventually became overwhelming. In such a short amount of time, Valerie took my hot mess of ideas, Pinterest boards, and all the little details I had imagined and turned them into the wedding I had dreamed of. She truly understood the assignment and came through on everything. She listened to me, understood my vision, and somehow always seemed to be on the same wavelength. One of the things I appreciated most was how reliable she was. I never had to wonder whether something would get done or whether she would follow through. I trusted that if Valerie said she had it, she had it. That kind of peace of mind was invaluable during such a busy and emotional season. She was also incredibly accommodating to our cultural needs and was always willing to go with the flow. No matter how specific, unconventional, or last-minute an idea may have been, she never made me feel like I was asking for too much or that my ideas were crazy. Instead, she found a way to make things work while still keeping everything cohesive and beautiful. She was approachable, patient, reassuring, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. Somewhere along the way, she became my fairy god-sister of wedding planning. Whenever difficult decisions came up, I trusted her completely and knew she understood me and my vision well enough to make the right call. Most importantly, our wedding day went so smoothly because of her. I was actually able to be present and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.
