“We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.”

“From the moment my now husband and I met Meghan we knew we wanted her to be our wedding coordinator. Meghan gave us a tour of the venue we ended up choosing and her enthusiasm, authenticity, and confidence not only sold us on the gorgeous venue but on her as well. “I have now worked with Jessica both as a vendor for her wedding clients, and as a client of hers for my wife and I’s wedding. From start to finish Jessica does a phenomenal job of managing challenges, staying ahead of potential issues, proactively communicating, and taking great notes on check-in calls. Many times during our wedding planning process Jessica asked us about things we needed to start thinking about well in advance of when decision time was critical. This allowed us not to stress to much about decision making until the right times, but still consider things in advance so we weren’t blindsided by anything or forced to make any last-minute decisions. Jessica has a great network of vendors she has worked with but also does a great job integrating vendors she hasn’t worked with before. We had a mix of vendors she was and wasn’t familiar with for our wedding but everything ran smoothly on our wedding day, Jessica handled all the logistics so we could really enjoy our day! From the vendor perspective, I’ve worked with Jessica on several events and I can tell you as a videographer she makes planning extremely easy for the vendors participating in said event. She makes an incredible wedding website for each event that makes sure all the vendors have consistent information and up-to-date information. She also makes it easy for vendors to connect where it’s necessary to collaborate like the DJ and videographer or the caterer and the rentals team. Every wedding I have worked with Jessica on, including my own, has been a great success in large part due to her fantastic leadership, planning, and problem solving skill set!”
