    Best wedding planner hands down!

    Working with Wildflower & Vine was an absolute game-changer for our wedding weekend. From our engagement party through the bachelorette trip and finally our wedding day, the communication was seamless—she stayed responsive, organized, and genuinely flexible when we needed adjustments. What really impressed us was how she coordinated with our catering, florist, photographer, and every other vendor without us having to think twice about it. When unexpected rain threatened the day, she quickly sourced tents and pivoted our setup to ensure everything ran flawlessly. Her expertise and pricing are unmatched compared to other planners we consulted, and honestly, our day wouldn't have been perfect without her attention to detail and dedication. If you're looking for a wedding planner, you don't need to search any further.

    The best planner ever!

    From the first time I spoke with Courtney, I knew she would be the perfect planner. Her organization skills, keen eye for details and being available to me when needed was heaven sent in the crazy world of "wedding planning". I could not recommend her enough.     Couldn’t have had a better experience!

    Courtney review Courtney was the coordinator for our Sunday afternoon wedding at Patterson Mansion in Dupont Circle. From the moment we met, her joyful energy exuded from her and I knew that she would do everything she could to ensure we felt the same way. And she way over delivered! Courtney was organized and extremely communicative with us and our vendors. She had a clear sequence of agenda items for our check ins and was always on time and prepared. This was all wonderful and set a strong foundation for the day of. Courtney truly went above and beyond on wedding day. She set up the room more beautifully than I ever could have hoped for and brought tears to my eyes. She handled unexpected guests with calm and poise and ensured everyone had a place to be and a meal to eat. I’m sure many brides understand that I was about to lose my mind, but Courtney just had it. She made it happen and I didn’t have to think about it at all. It was an absolutely gorgeous day and so much of that is thanks to Courtney’s presence, organization, energy, and kindness. Highly highly highly recommend working with her!

    Highly Recommend!

    Courtney was a lifesaver on our wedding day and throughout the lead-up to it. We hired Courtney to be our day-of coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. She stepped in when we were in a pinch, and although we only had a short time together to plan, Courtney not only heard our vision but executed it seamlessly. She immediately got in contact with all of our vendors, finalized a timeline based on our preferences, and took a huge weight off our shoulders. The day of, she made sure neither of us was bothered or stressed with anything. She went above and beyond to ensure that we, our bridal parties, and families were organized and had everything we needed. My family can be a bit hectic and do everything last-minute, but Courtney kept her cool through it all and provided everyone with the direction they needed. Above and beyond is an understatement. I would highly recommend Courtney and her exceptional service and eye for detail!

    Made our wedding stress-free and magical!

    We could not have asked for a better day-of coordinator than Courtney Cunningham of Wildflower & Vine. From the very beginning, Courtney was kind, professional, and flexible. She worked closely with us to stay within our budget without ever making us feel like we had to compromise on our vision. On the wedding day itself, she was a calm, steady presence who made everything run seamlessly behind the scenes so that we could fully enjoy the celebration. One moment that really stood out was when she quite literally saved the day by stepping in with emergency stain removal to fix my dress right before the ceremony. Her quick thinking and resourcefulness turned what could have been a stressful situation into a non-issue, and I’ll be forever grateful. Courtney’s attention to detail, warm personality, and true dedication to her couples shine through in everything she does. Thanks to her, we were able to relax and soak in every moment, knowing we were in the best hands. Then, the adventure begins.
As we are located in MD, we primarily serve the DC metro area and the DMV. We do offer zero travel fees to couples getting married in Richmond, VA area! There are travel fees for weddings over 60 miles out of DC or destination weddings.
Yes! We plan every detail, from vendors to travel logistics, with an additional transportation fee based on the location for airfare, lodging, and accommodations.
No, we do not. We dedicate our full attention and energy to each couple, ensuring every wedding we plan receives the care, detail, and presence it deserves.
