I'm a 30-something born and bred NOVA gal that's probably a little too brazen to be in the wedding industry but nearly seven years later, I'm still in it to win it! I've coordinated over 280 weddings & managed even more for venues! So I've seen some $#!t and have learned all of the tricks of the trade. When I'm not being a boss bitch on wedding days, I love to thrift shop, go paddle boarding, watch true crime, get tattoos and travel.

I like to let my reviews speak for themselves (check out my Pinterest or Knot page), but I believe in honesty, reliability and responsive communication. I treat all clients as if they were my friends. Our emails are like texts, giving you the answers you need immediately. I am honest and will be straight forward in what you do and don't need for your big day, especially if we're staying on a budget!     Meghan is absolutely wonderful to work with. She gave us all the information we would need from the very beginning of our communication together, and laid everything out so we knew exactly what was expected of us and how she was going to help. And help she did! She was extremely responsive which while planning a wedding is incredibly helpful because there’s so many moving parts, and it was great to know we could 100% rely on Meghan to get back to us in a timely manner and answer our questions or simply just give suggestions or advise to help make our decisions easier. She truly executed the entire wedding day to perfection. I myself am a perfectionist, so my expectations are always very high and I usually have to bring myself down a bit because things usually don’t go as I envision in my head, but she truly exceeded my expectations and everything was just flawless! We cannot thank her enough.

    We had no hesitations about working with Meghan for our wedding reception and knew we were in good hands when we booked her as our day of coordinator! She was knowledgeable about our venue and we trusted her experience. As part of her services she provided a welcome packet, vendor list, and other helpful resources that we referred to many times during our planning. Meghan always responded extremely quickly to all of our questions, updates or changes, and was on top of every detail. She executed our vision for the venue’s set up flawlessly and kept everything running smoothly the entire night. We had a great experience working with her and highly recommend her to any couples looking for a day of coordinator or planner.

    From the moment my now husband and I met Meghan we knew we wanted her to be our wedding coordinator. Meghan gave us a tour of the venue we ended up choosing and her enthusiasm, authenticity, and confidence not only sold us on the gorgeous venue but on her as well. I cannot express enough how personable, funny, and kind Meghan is which makes trusting her with your special day an easy task. Leading up to the wedding Meghan was so gracious answering all of my many questions and being supportive in any way she could. All the paperwork she sends gave me amazing guidelines on everything from choosing vendors to tipping. I can genuinely say I would not have had as much fun at my wedding as I did without her. In the weeks/days leading up to the wedding Meghan organized ALL my vendors flawlessly to ensure they were on the same page and knew their roles for the day of. The day of execution of all vendors setting up went flawlessly and Meghan setup all my decor and centerpieces beautifully. It is truly a talent to bring someone else’s vision to life and that is exactly what she did. Not to mention she was checking in on me and my husband throughout to make sure we had eaten, had drinks, and that we were doing okay! She also helped me with changing out of my dress later in the night! I can honestly say Meghan was the BEST decision I ever made. She really is just an awesome person and excels at her job because she truly wants to make your wedding special. So many of my guests came up to me to express how impressed they were with Meghan and that they wish they had someone like her at their wedding. I’m telling you right now, HIRE HER if you want to experience an epic wedding day.
