Rust Manor House is a wedding venue located just outside of Washington, D.C in Leesburg, Virginia. Situated in the heart of a 68-acre nature sanctuary, the venue is best known for its scenic atmosphere and historic mansion. The Manor House at Rust has a seated capacity of 65 guests. The tent can hold 200 seated guests. Air conditioning and heating are included so this sophisticated venue is the perfect setting for celebrations no matter the time of year. Our will team ensure that everything you need for the day of your dreams will be right at your fingertips. From lighting and sound services to in-house catering, you and your guests will be taken care of from setup to final send-off.

Tent
A stunning canvas to make all your wedding dreams come true
Our tent is available for booking from mid-March to mid-November! It's advantage is that it has no center poles, leaving the entire middle of the floor open. It has cathedral window sides which can be detached and pulled back if you want a more open feel. It sits on a smooth, painted concrete pad. We provide air conditioning for the tent at Rust during the months of June, July, August, and the first two weekends of September at no extra charge! We also provide tent heaters for the cooler months.

Host your cocktail hour, reception, or small gathering in our historic manor house!
We can host a seated reception of up to 65 people inside the Manor House. This is a great option for smaller weddings during the colder months that we don't have the tent available. When you use the manor you have access to the every event room. This includes: the parlor, the dining room, the library, and our hospitality suites. Cocktail hours can flow between the manor, the portico, and the grassy backyard with a backdrop of boxwood hedges.

Amazing Garden Venue!
I've had the pleasure of photographing several weddings at Rust Manor House, and every single one has been absolutely beautiful! The historic manor house and stunning gardens are amazing backdrops for photos, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Best day of our lives!
I am a wedding coordinator so I had very high expectations for my own personal wedding. Rust Manor House & their team made the process leading up to my wedding & the day of everything I could have imagined & more. Being in this field, I noticed all the little details that they did throughout the day that make a huge difference that can very easily go over looked. Their team was great at responding to all emails in a timely manor, easy going & beyond helpful on the day of. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!
