Designing, creating and developing a special event is my passion. I love what I do and feel excited and lucky everyday to work in the industry. I have been in the special events industry for over 17 years. The years spent supervising events has provided me invaluable knowledge of design, event timing, event management, logistics and immense respect of partners in the industry. There is nothing more gratifying than embracing my creative spirit and turning others visions and dreams into their reality.

Classic Catering really helped to make our wedding so spectacular! Sandy was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process, really helping to make sure every detail was well thought out and just perfect. The food options were so great, and our guests loved all the food and drinks throughout the night. Norma and the entire team the day of ensured all the details were executed beautifully and did an incredible job being on top of everything. We highly recommend the Classic Catering team!
Delicious Food & Sweet Staff, Would Not Hire Again

The food was DELICIOUS and the servers were so incredibly sweet. As a bride, they were attentive to my needs - always asking if I wanted another drink etc and asking me if I needed anything with a smile on their face. However, I would not use Classic Catering again or recommend them because I have severe food allergies and they didn't take it as seriously as I would have liked - they even brought out Nutella to our dessert bar and I am severely allergic. They also brought me a plate full of meat for my entrée when I told Sandy I was a vegetarian and the meat on the menu was just for my husband and our guests. We also agreed upon a certain price within our budget and when we were requested final payment, it was around 4K over what we agreed upon. There was a lot of back and forth trying to get it closer to what we had originally agreed upon and it seemed like they were making changes to accommodate us, but the invoice price never changed and I felt like we were just sweet-talked into agreeing upon it. Since it was a week before the wedding and we had a million other things to deal with, we eventually just dipped into our house savings to pay for it and let it go. They argue that the price increase is because our guest list increased by 10 people, but on no planet should the contract increase by around 4K for 10 extra people to a minimalist farm wedding. It's also clear they do A LOT of weddings so I felt like our wedding was just one of many on a busy assembly line, and they kept forgetting requests or changes I had made to the menu. I am sure that catering is a tough business and very difficult, and we will FOREVER be grateful for the magic of our wedding and the delicious food and the incredibly sweet servers, but because of the pricing issue that felt very slimy to us, and the way they handled my severe food allergies and restrictions, I can't recommend them to others.

Classic Catering was excellent at our wedding reception! Norma and her team far exceeded our expectations with both the food and the service. We’ve heard from multiple guests--even weeks after the wedding--about just how good the caterer was. My wife and I highly recommend Classic Catering!
