We couldn't have asked for a better venue than Riverside on the Potomac. From our first conversation throughout the big day, Suzi and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free with clear communication at every step. When we arrived, everything was spotless and organized, and Suzi went above and beyond by capturing candid moments between my dad and me before the ceremony which were photos we never would have gotten otherwise. The space itself is stunning and cozy, with just the right amount of room to accommodate any guest list comfortably. I’d also highly recommend working with coordinator Delia-Anne, who knows the venue inside and out and made planning feel effortless. Our wedding day was exactly what we imagined, and we owe so much of that to this incredible venue & owners!

Cozy Barn Wedding even in the rain!
I had my April wedding at ROTP and highly recommend this venue! Our wedding had significant rain and thus we had to pivot to our rain plan which was using the patio as a ceremony space. The ceremony felt intimate and was easily able to accommodate 170 guests. We held our reception in the barn which was beautifully decorated. The owners of the venue are also fantastic and present on the wedding day as well as flexible with coordinating pre and post wedding item drop which was a huge life saver. Highly recommend!

Wedding at Riverside on the Potomac
Riverside on the Potomac is truly the place to be if you are looking for a rustic barn or farm look for your wedding. Having recently hosted both my ceremony and reception there, I can totally recommend this venue to anyone envisioning a farm-style celebration. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views and sweeping landscapes that create a stunning backdrop for photos. The venue itself is just lovely, with historic structures and meticulously maintained grounds that provide a sense of intimacy and timeless charm. Because it works so well for both the ceremony and the reception, the entire event feels seamless and allows you to fully enjoy the scenic, serene atmosphere. It is a wonderful, versatile location that captures a perfect blend of natural elegance and rustic character.

Inter Denomination Wedding
I recently had the honor of hosting my son’s traditional Indian wedding at Riverside on the Potomac, and I could not be more grateful for the exceptional service and experience provided. From the first meeting with the team to the very last moment of the reception, every detail was handled with the highest level of professionalism, care, and dedication. The venue itself offered an elegant and welcoming atmosphere that made the perfect backdrop for such a special occasion. This venue is a family owned business, and Suzi and her team were warm, accomdating, and a true pleasure to work with. They stayed in costant contact with the wedding party all day and were always quick to lend a hand to anyone they observed may need it, guests and other vendors alike. They were a huge part of making the weekend a great success. The grounds and facilities were well kept and very clean. Many of the guests commented on how beautiful the setting was and how smoothly everything was managed. The outdoor ceremony site featuring a stone patio and pond was truly beautiful and large enough to accommodate 200 guests and a traditional Mandap for the inter-denominational ceremony. The beautiful barn for sangeet/mehendi and next day for reception was lit with lanterns and stringed bulb lighting, which worked perfectly with our planned decor. The venue rental includes 20 round tables and 200 chairs that can be used for the ceremony and reception as well as several other furnishings. This venue also allows you full vendor flexibility, which was invaluable when planning our prefect Indian / Carribean event. As a parent, it brought me great joy and comfort to know that my son and his bride could fully enjoy their wedding day without any concerns. The team at Riverside on the Potomac created an environment where every moment felt effortless, meaningful, and memorable. On behalf of our families, I extend my sincere thanks to the entire team at Riverside on the Potomac for helping us celebrate this milestone with such grace and excellence. We will always look back on this day with gratitude and happiness, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Riverside on the Potomac to any family seeking the perfect wedding venue. My Bolly in the Woods Wedding Weekend at ROTP
My husband and I just recently tied the knot over Labor Day weekend at Riverside on the Patomac in Leesburg, VA. Located among the wineries in beautiful Loudon County, this hidden gem of a venue was the perfect location for my dream of a semi-traditional indian wedding weekend to come to life. The outdoor ceremony site featuring a stone patio, picturesque background, and water feature all perfectly shaded by a giant tree by 5 PM made my 250 person group feel intimate. The Amish built barn repurposed as the reception hall was truly beautiful, with natural light filtering in from plexiglass filled gaps between the wooden boards. Beautiful lanterns and string bulb lighting as well as tables, ceremony chairs and other decor are included. In addition to the amazing facility, the property owner Suzi and her family are a class act - from making planning a breeze to jumping in to help whenever they were needed during our events- especially with escorting our older guests around the grounds. All of my guests commented on how warm and gracious everyone was the entire weekend. Thank you Riverside on the Patomac for being the perfect venue for my "Bolly in the Woods" Wedding Weekend!
