Fox Meadow Barn is the the only event venue in Winchester, VA that will offer year round event rentals gatherings with climate control and plumbing amenities and the ability to be in an secluded field in the rustic atmosphere of a barn with exclusively your friends and family. Couples will have the luxury of a hotel, Walmart, Sheetz, 7-11, historic downtown Winchester which are all within a 2 mile radius. Services include, but are not limited to, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, work retreats, and essentially any gathering of people.     We could not have imagined a better venue for our most special day! We fell in love with the beautiful property right away on our venue tour. Dixie was extremely easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and always provided any information I had questions on. During our setup time the day before the wedding we had some questions about locking doors and Dixie helped us solve it right away! The planning process and the wedding weekend were an absolute breeze working with Dixie and Fox Meadow Barn and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at Fox Meadow Barn! The venue is stunning, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was. Working with Dixie made the experience even better, she was incredibly easy to work with, super communicative, and always helpful throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place or a smoother experience. Highly recommend!

    We had the best experience working with Dixie and Fox Meadow Barn! They were so wonderful, helpful, and accommodating, and we truly had the wedding of our dreams! Dixie answered any and every question we had throughout the process and was so communicative and responsive. She made the planning process smooth and stress-free which we appreciated so much. The space is so beautiful and we have continued to get so many comments about how lovely and perfect the venue was. The outdoor ceremony space is stunning, the patio with glass enclosure is incredible (we had our bartender out here and it was amazing!), and the indoor space is so dreamy. There is something magical about Fox Meadow Barn! We recommend this venue completely!

    Fox Meadow Barn is a really special venue. Not only is the location gorgeous, but it really felt like me and my husband were the focus. We searched around at a lot of venues and found "almosts" that really made us pick and choose what we'd be able to do. Our budget was small and most places required half or more of what we had. Fox Meadow Barn was right in the perfect range, and with included decor and the venue's flexibility, we were really able to make the day ours. Dixie was incredibly communicative and walked us through every step so we didn't feel overwhelmed. I'm so grateful we were able to have our wedding here.
