Fox Meadow Barn is the the only event venue in Winchester, VA that will offer year round event rentals gatherings with climate control and plumbing amenities and the ability to be in an secluded field in the rustic atmosphere of a barn with exclusively your friends and family. Couples will have the luxury of a hotel, Walmart, Sheetz, 7-11, historic downtown Winchester which are all within a 2 mile radius. Services include, but are not limited to, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, work retreats, and essentially any gathering of people.     The Perfect Venue for Our Wedding Day!

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at this venue! The space was beautiful, welcoming, and perfect for our special day. Dixie was so kind, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated all of her support. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience and highly recommend this venue to any couple planning their wedding!

    Fox Meadow Barn

    Fox Meadow Barn is gorgeous!! We had our wedding there & had the most perfect day. The venue itself is gorgeous without decoration. Dixie, the owner is also great & very responsive. We didn’t have any problems at all with this venue!!!!

    Beautiful Venue

    Absolutely beautiful and elegant barn! 10/10 recommend for any and all special occasions. Beyond grateful for the excellent communication and accommodations from the owner Dixie. She was so wonderful to work with and very understanding with any and all concerns I had. She was quick to come to a solution when needed.

    The Perfect Wedding Venue

    Fox Meadow Barn was the most perfect venue for our wedding. We’re so happy we found this place! The barn is absolutely stunning — warm, elegant, and surrounded by the most beautiful views. It created the perfect backdrop for our ceremony, and our guests kept raving about how gorgeous everything was. Dixie was wonderful throughout the entire process. She’s incredibly thoughtful, kind, and accommodating, always quick to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. We are forever grateful for the memories we made here.

    Perfect Wedding Venue!

    We could not have imagined a better venue for our most special day! We fell in love with the beautiful property right away on our venue tour. Dixie was extremely easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and always provided any information I had questions on. During our setup time the day before the wedding we had some questions about locking doors and Dixie helped us solve it right away! The planning process and the wedding weekend were an absolute breeze working with Dixie and Fox Meadow Barn and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I know it is not the answer you want but send us an email we truly do not give our clients a single surprise. Our rates change in certain months and we also have numerous weekday weddings every year. We also have Cloverdale Barn which is even more affordable.
