Completely wonderful!
Our venue required a day-of coordinator, which at first we were unsure about as a general idea, thinking we "didn't need one" (ha), but we'd do it because we had to. I had a call with Ashley, who I could immediately tell was the realest and most down to earth coordinator, just what we needed. We had general visions of our day, and Ashley was terrific about guiding us on how to make it all seamless, without ever pushing us towards any particular decision, just always listening to what we personally envisioned and telling us exactly how to make it happen in the most uncomplicated, budget-friendly, yet classy ways. We had phone calls at different intervals all the way from starting planning, to the week of the wedding, which kept us on track and saved us from forgetting time-sensitive tasks. Ashley did a lot of the communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. When Ashley shared that she would not personally be the coordinator on our wedding day, she set up a video call with Nadia, who would also be assisted by Katherine, so that we would be as comfortable as possible. Nadia and Katherine did an incredible job day-of, to the point that I'm certain I must have missed some sort of chaos that I still don't know about, because everything seemed to go completely perfect and stress-free from my and my husband's perspective. My husband and some family members (mostly guys, for what it's worth...might not have understood the "vision") brought and set up a lot of the decor in the morning, but my husband shared that Nadia and Katherine were wonderful about making things really come together. Our entire process with Plume & Pearl, and especially our wedding day, was purely joyful and low-stress thanks to the team, and I can't imagine doing this without them!

She’s the One!! 10000/10!!
Hiring Ashley for month-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning through the end of the night, everything felt so smooth and seamless with her and her team helping coordinate everything behind the scenes. She helped us create our timelines, handled communication with vendors, and made sure everything stayed organized without ever feeling overwhelming. I was able to completely hand off vendor communication to her, which made the entire process so much less stressful. She always responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything. At one point, communication with our venue became difficult, and Ashley was literally ready to drive there in person before they finally answered. That level of dedication meant so much to us. Ashley worked incredibly well with all of our vendors and truly encouraged us to do what felt right for us as a couple. She catered everything to what we wanted and stayed flexible throughout the day. Our ceremony ended early and after dinner, guests were ready to dance, so she adjusted the timeline seamlessly and kept everything flowing perfectly. Even our rehearsal felt effortless with her guidance. Not only did we love working with Ashley, but our families also had nothing but amazing things to say about her and her team. We truly felt supported every step of the way and could not recommend them more highly!

Best Wedding Planner
Ashley was truly the best wedding planner I could have asked for. From the moment I first reached out, she was responsive, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. I hired her about a month before the wedding because I was completely burnt out and couldn’t handle any more planning on my own. That was the best decision I could have ever made! Leading up to the wedding, she checked in regularly, helped finalize the remaining details, and constantly reassured me that everything would be okay. The day before the wedding, we had some unexpected issues with the venue, and I was honestly panicking. Ashley answered my call right away, calmed me down, and immediately helped problem solve. I felt so supported. On the wedding day, Ashley and her team made sure everything ran beautifully and smoothly. Of course, every wedding has a few hiccups. Our DJ started playing the wrong songs at the wrong times, but Ashley and Nadia stepped in right away and worked directly with him to make sure he followed the timeline for the rest of the night. They handled everything without adding stress to my day. After my first dance, I realized I had lost one of my earrings. They were brand new and expensive. I was so upset. Ashley, Nadia, and the photographer were determined to help me find it. We went through the photographer’s images, zoomed in to figure out the last moment I had it, and once we found the photo, Ashley and Nadia immediately teamed up and Nadia went outside in the dark to search for it. They actually found it and brought it back to me. I will never forget that! I was panicking so bad during that time, I couldn't enjoy my wedding, but they gave me that peace back. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they felt like best friends I could vent to throughout the entire process. I truly could not be more thankful for this team. They made it possible for me to have a beautiful, smooth, and joyful wedding day. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner. It was 100% worth the investment.

As a floral vendor, Plume & Pearl Events is an absolute pleasure to work with at any wedding. Their communication is always detailed and clear, and their events are meticulously organized which makes it easier to do our job as efficiently and with the highest level of service we can provide. Their events are always elevated with perfectly, cohesive details that are thoughtfully designed specific to each couple. At every event, Ashley and her team always go above and beyond to perfectly manage the multitude of details a perfectly planned wedding entails. Hired for day of coordination. Amazing vibes and team, I had 0 wedding day worries! I am (by my own definition) a type A bride, but once I handed my plans over to Ashley at the rehearsal, absolutely all my worries went away! On top of being personable and helpful in asking clarifying questions that I didn’t think of in our touch bases prior to the meeting, she and her team made the wedding go off without a hitch. We had multiple drop off catering deliveries, a room flip with a number of DIYs, and hired servers, but I can honestly say I didn’t worry about anything at all on my wedding day, nor did my husband. It truly felt like once we hit the rehearsal, we were able to outsource all problem solving, logistics, etc. to Ashley and team! Ashley and her team made everyone feel comfortable, from grabbing water and fluffing my dress, to ensuring that the reception was exactly what I had imagined (and put into my layouts). When my venue’s bartenders (mistakenly) tried to charge guests, Ashley made sure that they stopped AND that everyone got refunded (and I also didn’t even learn about this until after the wedding from my mom). I also asked that for announcements they keep the language gender-neutral, and was met with nothing but an of course, which is so appreciated! Whenever my husband and I met with Ashley ahead of the wedding, we always felt more at ease after speaking with her, not only did she show an elite level of organizational acumen, but she truly cared about facilitating everything for us. Two weeks before the wedding day, we were feeling a bit overwhelmed and we had a meeting with Ashley where we went over everything that was still needed, and it felt like a weight lifted off our shoulders. I could not recommend anyone more!
