Growing up, my mom would take pictures of us on her Kodak. On Saturdays, we would go to the Wal-Mart, have them developed and organize the images into our albums. Throughout the years, we would look through those albums together and those moments are very core memories for my family and I. This is what I want to share with others. Each emotional interaction on a wedding day is an intricate fiber weaved together to create a wonderful story. And I want to share that gift with others - to relive and feel that warmth all over again.

I have grown up in Virginia since I was eight years old. I know the backroads and the locations very well to help couples create the stunning portraits they love. I provide digital and film photography and each couple receives a signature wedding album of their day. Each step within the process I offer is significantly detailed and customized to your wants.

    More than just a photographer!

    Best photographer ever!!! Nicole was nothing short of AMAZING! She captured every moment and more. When you look at her photos is like you are re-living that moment. That’s how the pictures make you feel!!! She is very professional, patient and just great to work with. She also is willing to help with other wedding things if you need her to. Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant and/or photographers depending on the size of your wedding. For any event 8 hours or longer, it is a standard option unless you specifically request otherwise.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer very basic retouching services like teeth whitening for an additional charge. However, I do not offer extensive retouching as I keep true to the nature of your day.
You will receive a sneak peek about 48 hours after your wedding. We schedule your image reveal for 8-10 weeks after your wedding. Within this timeframe, I am perfecting your images, creating a signature album design, and wall art. After the reveal and order session, you will have access to your online gallery for download.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
