She even put together a mood board that helped us pick out florals and bridal party looks. She is helpful, supportive, and fun... We look at it as some of the best money we spent on the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner, and although she wasn't our day-of coordinator (as our coordinator was employed through the venue), we're sure she would have been great at that as well.

It was very humid outside so the extra hairspray and bobby pins made me and more girls feel more secure during the photos. She made sure our card box was secure and in our hands at the end of the night. She handed out all of our gratuities on our behalf so we could just dance and have a good time. My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. Jenna and Amalia were absolutely amazing leading up to and through our wedding weekend. In the weeks beforehand they did a great job keeping us organized, tying up loose ends, mocking up decor, communicating with many vendors, and finding us a last minute videographer within budget. We had many moving parts during our wedding weekend and they were behind the scenes ninjas making sure that everything looked stunning and people were where they needed to be. From the first meeting we could feel their authenticity and care for making our wedding everything we wanted it to be, and they delivered that and more. They always made themselves available to us throughout the process and never made us feel like we were behind or unprepared though sometimes we definitely were. Our wedding weekend had numerous events, cultural moments, vendors, and moving parts especially because it was a summer camp-Indian-Peruvian-fusion wedding, but nothing seemed to dim this team’s ambition. Jenna’s enthusiasm and excitement were always a source of light and encouragement for us in some of the tougher days leading up to the wedding and Amalia’s cool demeanor and get stuff done attitude moved everything along with ease. Despite the tight schedule and challenges we threw at them, Jenna and Amalia made both me and my husband feel grounded after every interaction. If you get the chance to have Claire work on your wedding, consider yourself lucky. Claire is a DREAM to work with and elevated our wedding beyond expectations. We came to her with a big ask: pull off a multi-day, inter-religious, multi-cultural wedding weekend in NYC. Claire more than delivered on both our Bangladeshi Gaye Holud and American wedding events. Her full planning service was the best wedding decision we made, hands down. Claire is well-connected in the industry because everyone she works with loves her. This helped us select top-quality vendors. Her 10 years of experience pulled through when she uncovered problematic vendor contract clauses that we initially overlooked. She led every site visit and asked important questions we wouldn’t have thought of. She kept us on track over the course of 14 months, so we didn’t rush or make hasty decisions as our wedding date approached. Planning with Claire was a great experience. She always returned our emails quickly and thoughtfully (and trust me, we emailed her A LOT). The fact that she is a part-time planner gave us no cause for concern. Her corporate experience came in handy for us as a working couple; we bonded over our love for spreadsheets and lists. Our Gaye Holud event in particular had many moving parts and vendors, but Claire swiftly kept track of everyone’s responsibilities. Her efforts helped uncover and resolve problems before the event took place. Claire is a creative force, too. She never planned a Bangladeshi event before, but gave us great ideas and solutions when we encountered a problem. Her flexibility and creativity is a large part of why we chose her as our planner. Day-of coordination was fantastic. Claire dealt with locked out vendors, missing items, and delayed timelines seamlessly. We were so impressed with how Claire handled every situation with poise, and it really made our day feel so much less stressful. A bonus? She captures amazing day-of content so you have photos and videos right away, the day after! If you’re looking for a wedding planner, we recommend Claire with flying colors. Hiring Elizabeth for month-of coordination was truly one of the best decisions that we made during the wedding planning process. We experienced a fairly large hiccup six months out when our restaurant buy-out canceled, and Elizabeth went above and beyond in ensuring that we found a suitable replacement. She is someone who will truly go to bat for you. Elizabeth was kind, helpful, responsive, and organized throughout the entire process of working with her. We were able to let go and relax the last week before our wedding because we knew her team had our back. They handled deliveries, pick-ups, moving stuff, set-up, ceremony timing-- you name it and they were there. Our September 2025 wedding day was fantastic (I might be biased, but probably the best wedding I've been to) and it went so smoothly in large part to Elizabeth and her crew. True pros. When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!!!
