Ani was sure to check in with us to communicate that, but she swung with us when we we expressed interest in things we hadn’t fully entertained before. I would recommend having some idea of what you’d like, but just know that Ani is easily able to help you fill in the gaps. Overall, the planning process was seamless and Ani kept us on schedule so that we really weren’t stressed out about any of the logistical and aesthetic details of the wedding, giving us plenty of space to manage the personal parts of planning. As for the weekend of the wedding, Ani, Gab, and Gab ran the show like the pros that they are. Ani was there to orchestrate our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party and everything went off without a hitch. This gave us the ability to be fully present with our guests. The day of the wedding was no different. Ani and her team were the first people we saw when we started preparing for the day at the crack of 8am. Ani had a very solid timeline that was shared with all of our vendors and the venue and we stuck to it. They did an amazing job of getting all of our VIPs into position for the events of the day like hair/makeup, photos, and lunch. Ani was even sure to align with our VIPs on fielding questions and concerns about various things throughout the day. Basically, Ani and her team were there to manage any and all issues that popped up (hardly any did), so we could be free to be excited about getting married! She took the very few high-stress moments and brought us back down to earth. Like I said, working with Ani was the best decision we made for our wedding. “When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. “We had Christina do our month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding and she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! She is so super knowledgable about everything and has such good instincts about event planning. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. I had multiple people from the wedding party ask "wait so that's your coordinator?" and then follow with something along the lines of "she's awesome she just told me where to go and what to do so fast - and I was like YES M'AM" All of the party loved working with her, from my parents to my in-laws. I cannot stress enough how much of an amazing person she is through and through - and if you're lucky enough to get in her books for your wedding, you won't regret it!!”

“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. “Working with Mia made our wedding day impossibly easy and free of stress. She is incredible in every way! The service she provided to us was invaluable throughout the whole wedding planning process. Our wedding was at a relatively full service venue, so I initially wasn't sure whether working with Mia was necessary. However, I can confidently say that reaching out to her was the best decision I made in the entire wedding planning process! I am generally very Type A, so I was less concerned about everything going smoothly on the wedding day and more worried about being able to truly enjoy the day and live in the moment. I stumbled upon Mia's podcast and, after listening to only a handful of episodes, immediately knew I needed to contact her. In the month or so leading up to our wedding day, I felt uncharacteristically at ease, and I am certain that I owe this sense of calm to Mia. Being able to brain dump little details, concerns, etc. to Mia was incredibly helpful. It made me feel like somebody else cared as deeply about everything going right as I did. One particular puzzle involving our transportation was driving me crazy, and I spent several days poring over some possible solutions. I finally decided to send an email to Mia outlining the problem, and within a half hour, she sent back a brilliant, detailed solution that ended up working perfectly. Although I was already impressed by Mia before the wedding day, I couldn't believe just how valuable her services were on the actual day. There were so many points where Mia swooped in to help before I even knew help was needed. She acted as my “eyes and ears” that afternoon as other vendors set everything up at the venue. She was right on top of contacting the trolley company when they were a few minutes late for picking up the wedding party (I actually didn't even know they were running late until later that day, as it was all handled before I even had a chance to stress about it). She was right there with safety pins when a clasp on my dress was faulty. And she even held an umbrella over me to block the sun during photos (not sure where she even got it – she was like Mary Poppins, with the perfect supplies appearing in thin air!) It was almost as if she was in multiple places at the same time. Our wedding party was also grateful to have her phone number throughout the day for anything that came up. At the end of the event, Mia loaded all of the decor into our car and even took many of our leftover florals to a nearby nursing home the next day so they wouldn’t go to waste. I genuinely don't know who would have taken care of things like this if Mia wasn't there. Even now that our wedding day was a few weeks ago, I continue to hear stories of Mia that I didn't even know about. For example, at one point, my mom was trying to help some older relatives call a cab back to their hotel before the end of the night. All of a sudden, Mia appeared by her side and took care of it. I am so grateful to her for handling things like this so my mom could fully enjoy such an important day for our family. If you are unsure about whether you need a day-of coordinator, you will not regret working with Mia! Just knowing Mia was there made my stress level infinitely lower. I truly felt like I could soak up the joy of our wedding day without worrying about the little details and the flow of the day. Thank you, Mia, for playing such a big role in making our wedding day as special as it was!”
