“1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. “Hiring Dhalia Events was one of the best decisions we made when we were planning our wedding. I am skeptical of the wedding industry in general, but I am convinced that wedding coordinators like Deliece and Melissa are skilled, experienced professionals in a niche field who can make a huge difference in the quality of your experience. And what's the point if you don't get to enjoy your wedding experience? Here are some specific things that Deliece and Melissa did that were super-helpful on the day of: 1) I couldn't find the body tape I had bought, but they had some on hand. 2) I needed to stay hydrated after I got my makeup done, so they provided straws so I could drink without messing up my lipstick. 3) The groom's vest had fallen to the bottom of his garment bag after we dry cleaned it, but they had a portable steamer and were able to get the wrinkles out. 4) They arranged a tent for our DJ for the ceremony, which was outdoors, when they discovered at the last minute that the contract required a tent rain-or-shine. 5) They made sure we ate dinner (and dessert). 6) They made sure waitstaff were replacing our drinks at regular intervals during the reception. 7) They brought a handheld portable fan, which was a lifesaver since it was more than 90 degrees outside. 8) They provided transportation around the property, which was a vineyard that wasn't very walkable in my nice shoes. 9) A friend left something in their car by accident at the end of the night, and they arranged to mail it to her a few days later. All of these things were nice surprises. It's not like we asked them to bring straws, it didn't even occur to us that we'd need them. But Deliece and Melissa brought them anyway because this is their job and they know what they're doing. They were PREPARED. I also want to note that I did not buy full wedding planning services from them, just month-of coordination, but they never treated me like a less important client. There were cases in the months leading up to the wedding where I asked them for help that was actually outside the scope of services we had agreed on, and they were very professional in letting me know that it wasn't included in my package. I appreciate that they enforced their boundaries so politely and respectfully-- I like that in a person. Overall, I can't recommend Dhalia Events highly enough.”

“Jenna and Amalia were absolutely amazing leading up to and through our wedding weekend. In the weeks beforehand they did a great job keeping us organized, tying up loose ends, mocking up decor, communicating with many vendors, and finding us a last minute videographer within budget. We had many moving parts during our wedding weekend and they were behind the scenes ninjas making sure that everything looked stunning and people were where they needed to be. From the first meeting we could feel their authenticity and care for making our wedding everything we wanted it to be, and they delivered that and more. They always made themselves available to us throughout the process and never made us feel like we were behind or unprepared though sometimes we definitely were. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. “When looking for a wedding planner I needed all the help I could get! I did some research of Philly wedding planners and Musa appeared immediately! I did some vetting for other coordinators as no well as Andi and something that stuck out to me the most was how often Andi checked in. All of the other planners were too busy for my business or thought that having more than one wedding in one day was doable for them making it seem like we would get equal attention which would definitely not be the case. But Andi made me feel so comfortable every. Single. Step. From start to finish she and her team were amazing in every way and I could not have asked for a better team. They gave so many options for vendors that fit our vision who were so amazing and such talented people. Any issues with contracts or timing Andi and her team were on it in a second. I was never unsure or wavered in how I felt about Musa and the work they did! We started planning 2 years ago and she and her team are family now and we love them! It feels so odd not to be in constant contact with them.. makes me so sad! So much blood sweat and tears went into our day and it was the most magical day of my life. Every moment was perfectly coordinated from when we got our hair and makeup done to the end of the night pack up. Even though my hair took longer than expected, they were able to perfectly coordinate around it and move things around so we did not feel rushed. “Next to marrying each other, hiring DPNAK was by far the BEST wedding decision we made. My wedding was 2 months ago, and as I reflect on the planning process and the wedding weekend itself, I can assuredly say Danielle was worth every penny and then some. I do not know how anyone could stay sane during the planning process or enjoy a seamless wedding day without someone like Danielle. I'm a pretty type B person who has never utilized a calendar/planner/spreadsheet in my life, and I'm also a surgical resident with crazy hours and an unpredictable schedule. EVERY TYPE B BRIDE NEEDS A DPNAK! While her organizational abilities and attention to detail are very impressive, she won't judge you or get frustrated if your own organization skills aren't as strong. There were times when it would take days or weeks for us to respond to an email, and occasionally we would get behind schedule with various planning tasks (our own fault not Danielle's), and instead of getting frustrated with us, she would just send gentle reminders and tips on how to prioritize what we needed to accomplish. DPNAK is also very good at sharing her own opinions/experience-based recommendations without forcing them on you or making you feel dumb if you choose something else. We ultimately did go with Danielle's suggestions 90% of the time, but for the couple of things we did "our way," she happily supported us and helped us execute them perfectly. Danielle was amazing when it came to vendor and venue communication, and multiple vendors commented on how helpful, thorough, and professional all of her communication was. At the rehearsal and on the wedding day, her communication style was the perfect blend of friendly/gentle/funny and firm/assertive. She can seamlessly capture the attention/respect of a room full of people while maintaining a sense of peace/positivity that never made it feel like we were being "bossed around" etc. NOTHING WENT WRONG on my wedding day -- I REPEAT -- NOTHING WENT WRONG!!!!??? Some of that is obviously good luck, but I really truly believe a TON of that is because of the DPNAK team. Everyone warns you that your wedding day will be chaotic or that something will go wrong and you're going to be an anxious mess etc. etc. but we truly had a sense of peace and calmness the entire day knowing that everything would flow seamlessly because of Danielle. Danielle also told us that if anything did go wrong or needed last-minute changes, her team would try to handle it without bothering us, and being protected from any day-of decision-making or damage control was amazing. This is the longest review I have ever written, and I could truly write for ages about our amazing experience with Danielle. Our parents and multiple members of the wedding party commented on how smoothly she ran the wedding weekend and how natural it all seemed for her -- Danielle definitely found her calling. On the wedding day, we tipped Danielle and her team per the standard wedding vendor tip protocols, but we were so blown away by their services that I requested the option to send an additional tip weeks later -- I knew DPNAK was the right choice as soon as our first Zoom meeting ended, and I knew she was amazing throughout the planning process, but her true value really revealed itself on the wedding day and I never could have predicted just how precious her services would be. She is worth every penny and more. Love and miss you DPNAK!!”
