From her checklists, to check-in emails and Zoom calls, she was always able to make great recommendations about vendors and timelines, and she would do research for us as well. She even put together a mood board that helped us pick out florals and bridal party looks. She is helpful, supportive, and fun... We look at it as some of the best money we spent on the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner, and although she wasn't our day-of coordinator (as our coordinator was employed through the venue), we're sure she would have been great at that as well.

We hired Sarah for her services roughly a year out from our wedding. From the start, Sarah was extremely responsive and helped answer all my questions. During this time, we had selected a majority of our vendors but we needed Sarah's expertise in organizing our long to-do list, logistics and design ideas. A majority of our guests were traveling to our wedding so the logistics of how the weekend looked was very important to us as a couple. Joy was incredible to work with as our Month Of Coordinator, can’t recommend her and the Taylored Events team enough! We’d already selected our venue, vendors, and design, but wanted support with ironing out final details, timelines, and day-of logistics. We initially weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator to begin with, but are so glad we went with them, especially because it made the day completely stress free, not only for us as the couple, but just as importantly, for our family and wedding party. Joy gave us a spreadsheet to help us check off everything we needed for planning, created our timeline down to the minute for the day of, coordinated all communication with vendors leading up to and throughout the wedding, oversaw our rehearsal walk-through the day before (on site), and set up our decor for us. Special touches included being so kind to our flower girls and keeping them entertained (thank you to Joy’s assistant, Lindsey) during speeches, taking phenomenal candids and Polaroids throughout (we had a camera out for guests to use during reception, pic attached), and helping with my quick dress change. TLDR: Claire is the absolute best!! If you are looking for a wedding planner, you can stop looking now. I am a very type A person with high expectations and Claire has exceeded them all! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank her more. Please see our pictures, credited to Alicia King Photography (https://aliciakingphotography.com/) First: She is a real problem solver - our dream venue was non-negotiable (and one she found/recommended!), but we had issues finding certain vendors (not the venue’s fault, mainly had to do with timing). For example, we were having trouble finding our perfect florist, transportation and hair and makeup - Claire used her contacts and relationships and were able to find the most wonderful team for us and we could not be more grateful. It was true dedication for her to take matters into her own hands when my husband and I were thinking of giving up (i.e., we started looking into DIY options) and it is a testament to her reputation, character, and professionalism that certain vendors decided to make exceptions for us just to be able to work with her again Second: She has great judgment - many parts of the wedding process are not straightforward, and it was great to have Claire be a sounding board for what to do and what not to do. She will always try to give us what we want, but that does not mean that she’s a “yes-woman” and she will always offer her perspective with clear rationale when asked. Third: She cares so much - you can tell she genuinely wants to have each wedding be the best it can be! As you look through her portfolio (check out her instagram “@wewedwell”, where she began making reels post weddings) you’ll see that each wedding is unique and beautiful - no cookie cutter copy and paste here! Our respect for Claire grew through the little moments, whether it’s her proactive emails/lists telling us our immediate next steps (many of which would never occur to me), following up with vendors without prompting, super organized Google drive for resources, and just being extremely responsive (or proactively telling us when she may be slower to respond while working a wedding/on vacation/etc) We loved working with Claire!

Jenna and Amalia were absolutely amazing leading up to and through our wedding weekend. In the weeks beforehand they did a great job keeping us organized, tying up loose ends, mocking up decor, communicating with many vendors, and finding us a last minute videographer within budget. We had many moving parts during our wedding weekend and they were behind the scenes ninjas making sure that everything looked stunning and people were where they needed to be. From the first meeting we could feel their authenticity and care for making our wedding everything we wanted it to be, and they delivered that and more. They always made themselves available to us throughout the process and never made us feel like we were behind or unprepared though sometimes we definitely were. Our wedding weekend had numerous events, cultural moments, vendors, and moving parts especially because it was a summer camp-Indian-Peruvian-fusion wedding, but nothing seemed to dim this team’s ambition. Jenna’s enthusiasm and excitement were always a source of light and encouragement for us in some of the tougher days leading up to the wedding and Amalia’s cool demeanor and get stuff done attitude moved everything along with ease. Working with Greta for our February 2025 wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we met with her (and even before we signed a contract with her) she was incredibly supportive and helpful. If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. She'll be real with you about what's possible within your budget and she really helped us stay within ours - she has a great system that she provides you access to. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. I'm just sad that our wedding is now over and we won't have a reason to connect! We love you Greta!!!!

Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!

WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I couldn't recommend them more if you need help on your wedding day.

My husband and I knew we needed a day of coordinator because on our wedding day he wanted me to finally check out and relax! As someone who is very type a, I didn't want to not enjoy my actual wedding because I was so focused on details. Like most venues we had a Bridal Attendant who was great, but I can't speak enough about how a day of coordinator is so necessary. There really were so many moving parts that day and Mia took care of all of it. Her involvement allowed my mom and mother in law to be able to actually have fun. It was great to see! Leaving the pressure of getting things right on the day of to Mia and her team was the best decision I made! She was actually the first vendor we hired. It was truly a non negotiable for us! We chose Mia because she was able to really walk us through the entire process and answer all of the questions we had with the least amount of fluff! When we hired Merry we decided to pay a little extra for a second on site coordinator and that ended up being a great choice! Her team worked directly with our venue to make sure everything was where it needed to be and when it needed to be there. I was also able to assign someone to my husband and the groomsmen so that they felt special and taken care of! We even had one small thing that came up that because of the conversations we had she knew exactly what to do. It was super windy on the day of and our ceremony was in a tent that was supposed to be open to the water views. The venue ultimately left them open but she made an executive decision (found me quickly to re-confirm) to close the panels/curtains and it saved our guests from freezing and not being able to actually hear the ceremony. She also made sure that all of the things we really cared about (pictures, moments etc) were captured! We'd hire Merry by Mia a thousand times over!
