Suffice it to say, that in whatever capacity, you’ll want her involved in your own wedding if you want to enjoy your day to the fullest. “Weddings are stressful” is the conventional wisdom. Incredibly less stressful with the assistance of a wedding planner as capable and skilled as Lucy Tan. She was adept at including everyone in the process while prioritizing our vision of the perfect wedding. Whenever we felt flustered, Lucy was calm and prepared with a solution at hand. The enjoyment of our wedding day by all in attendance was in no small part due to Lucy’s attentiveness. Additionally, she had great relationships with all of our vendors and the venue. Linnie is the BEST wedding coordinator out there! She is so sweet, funny, extremely organized, and professional. We hired her for our day of coordinator for our March 2023 wedding and she made our dream wedding come true! She did so much more than just help the day of. We had a two year engagement and booked Linnie a year out and throughout it, she would send emails to check in, provide suggestions on vendors, and overall was extremely helpful. We had two long planning meetings and the month of the wedding, she was on top of everything and quickly responded to all of my many many emails and texts. I was definitely a very anxious and stressed bride, but Linnie was so patient and supportive and made the planning process so much easier for us. We had a lot of specific details (tea ceremony, money dance, private dance, cookie table, dogs) and she was amazing with putting it all together. Where do I even begin with Ivory & Stone?! Let’s just say without them, there probably would’ve been no wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Robyn Fallon. The other girls were always available, but boy did I get lucky with her! She felt like a best friend during those six months, but was so professional at the same time. She knew every single detail that needed to be dealt with, at a moments notice (things I would’ve never thought of). We had many video calls, but I began looking forward to them. She never complained or made me feel crazy for changing my mind 64828 times. I trusted her with my life at that point. She knew I didn’t like something before I even knew I didn’t like it. I gave her the reigns, and she NAILED everything. The design, the vendor coordination, the scheduling, etc etc etc. They also use this platform that allows you to track everything, and it has every information a wedding could need. It made vendor shopping, budgeting, and communication so easy. I was never worried I was forgetting something. Some of my planning I was doing overseas, which did not make anything harder due to how accommodating she was. Keep in mind she’s also planning 47382 other weddings at the same time, but I felt like the only one. Fast forward to the big day… it went perfect. I could cry thinking about it. She was checking in on us throughout the entire day / night making sure we had food, drinks, and reminding us to enjoy each moment. At one point she even hair sprayed my husbands hair because it was acting wild hahah. Our guests are STILL reaching out to us raving about how beautiful everything was. Robyn is an all-in-one super hero. I will never forget her!

Serenity was such an important part of our special day! I am so so so grateful that we found her. We interviewed many day of coordinators but ended up moving forward with Serenity because we loved her gentle/kind personality. She exuded warmth from the first second we jumped on a call with her. Our check ins prior to the week of the wedding were also super helpful and organized. The day before the wedding during the rehearsal, she went above and beyond with helping us problem solve some logistics that were outside of me and my husbands wheelhouse (spatial flow, timing, etc). On the day of, she made sure our vision came to life by making executive decisions on placement of items (the memorial table was so perfect!) and quick thinking when things went awry (the sound at our venue had glitches and she adjusted the time table seamlessly). I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! Planning your son and future daughter-in-law's wedding is exciting and sometimes overwhelming. You want it to be perfect for the bride and the groom. You want the guests to have a wonderful time. To accomplish this without any mistakes, I hired a wedding planner. How to find the right planner can be stressful. You want someone who listens, is organized, has great resources, and is fun to work with. I thankfully found Michelle Tu, Somni Events, through the recommendation of our wedding venue, the Bel Air Bay Club, and she is all of those things. Michelle is everything you could want in a planner. She is not only organized, but she keeps you on track as well. I thought it would be tricky with the bride and groom in New York and the wedding in Los Angeles. But Michelle made it easy—Coast to Coast Zoom planning meetings and design meetings. She gave us great options for florists, videographers, photographers, hair and makeup artists, etc. Michelle uses a platform to make it easy to upload guest lists, keep track of those who are attending, create table seating with ease, and a timeline for us to make sure we have completed things such as when to get the marriage license and when to order the wedding invitations, as well as when each payment is due for each vendor. She also handles all the contracts for the vendors. On the day of the wedding, Michelle and her staff make sure the wedding ceremony and the event run smoothly. She allows the bride and groom and their families to enjoy the event without any worries about any of the details. I could not have had such a wonderful time at our son’s wedding, without Michelle. The bride and groom could not have been happier.
