She planned multiple events for our wedding weekend and executed every single one flawlessly. Each design she created perfectly reflected our vision—from the color palettes and linens to the smallest details, everything felt cohesive, elegant, and personal. What really stood out was how well Anna knows her vendors! Her relationships and expertise made every decision smoother, and she guided us toward choices that were both beautiful and practical. Where to begin! Hiring Jyl truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she was so calm, collected, and professional throughout the entire planning process — and when our wedding day arrived and the heavens decided to open up and pour all day long, Jyl did not miss a beat. She had to do a lot of shifting around because our cocktail hour was supposed to be outside, once she was done, you wouldn’t even know the plan had changed! Even though it was pouring, I was calm all day knowing she had it all under control. Everything ran seamlessly, beautifully, and on time — all thanks to Jyl’s organization, creative problem-solving, and positive attitude. If there were any snags, I didn’t know it! Jyl handled every detail behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy our day without a single worry. My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. Hiring Elizabeth for month-of coordination was truly one of the best decisions that we made during the wedding planning process. We experienced a fairly large hiccup six months out when our restaurant buy-out canceled, and Elizabeth went above and beyond in ensuring that we found a suitable replacement. She is someone who will truly go to bat for you. Elizabeth was kind, helpful, responsive, and organized throughout the entire process of working with her. We were able to let go and relax the last week before our wedding because we knew her team had our back. We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. I won't lie in this review and say that I did not think I needed a wedding planner when my now wife and I were about 8 months out from our wedding date. Steph is absolutely the most worth it investment we made for our wedding. From day 1, you can tell that she is going to make your wedding day and lead up to it as easy and seamless as possible. I genuinely do not think our wedding would have been as smooth or fun if I had to worry about making sure everything was in place and on time. Steph goes above and beyond what you will typically see for a wedding planner, going so far as to meet with your vendors multiple times in the months leading up to your wedding and take A LOT of the worry and stress off of the couple. She was absolutely one of the easiest and kindest people to work with, guiding our choices and timeline with her plethora of experience. Additionally, she does not push anything on the couple that they are not comfortable with, and is always open to having extended conversations about certain topics and being willing to share ideas. I cannot overstate how crucial she was to our wedding, and how much her help changed my mind about needing an amazing wedding planner like Steph. If you want someone who will always be on your side and working to make your day special, she's the right person for you!

We booked MBE back in January 2024 for our June 2025 wedding for partial planning & day-of coordination. As someone who had an unfortunate experience with a wedding planner scamming me (aka I paid her a deposit and she ghosted me), believe me when I say Breanna is the real deal. I signed her for partial planning services and she did not disappoint. For context, I had no idea what I was doing. I had never attended a wedding and my parents are immigrants who didn’t have the whole American wedding experience, so they had even less of a clue of how it works. I knew I’d miss crucial details and needed someone along the way as I was planning all by myself. Breanna came up with timelines, emailed vendors for me, checked in frequently, and gave me solid guidance whenever I needed advice. I think where she really shined was the day of. So if you’re considering it, at the very least sign her to be your day-of coordinator. I’m an extremely organized person, but on the wedding day I didn’t want to be running around. She was extremely professional and responsible throughout the whole day. Breanna was always one step ahead. I arrived at the church, she was already there waiting having organized the wedding party to walk down the aisle. Bus pulled up at the venue, Breanna was already there clipboard in hand. Reception started, Breanna was already next to me asking about my thoughts on the food and how things were going. Another thing — before I said it, she already did it. For example, I was worried my welcome sign didn’t get set up so I asked her. She pointed at the sign. She had already set it up. I was worried about vendors knowing about a change of location. Breanna had already updated every single one of them via email days ago. I was worried about whether I signed the right vendors. Breanna vetted every single one. And they all nailed it on the day of. Like I cried tears of joy for over my photographer and florist and how phenomenal they were. Hear me out. I’ll be the first to admit I have trust issues and I am the person who is very much like “I’d rather do it myself because I know it will get done and get done well. So I’ll just do it.” But girly pop, you can’t do it all. And you shouldn’t have to. Enjoy this moment. Breanna is the planner you can trust. Believe her when she says she’ll do it. Know she will do well. For the first time, I could close my eyes, take a deep breath, and know I had nothing to worry about.

Allie and the CityLux team really outdid themselves! Everything was seamless and most importantly, FUN! At first, I was skeptical of hiring a day of coordinator as I am very organized and was pretty comfortable planning our day on my own. My main reason for hiring a day of coordinator was to not have to worry, to have someone who will help set-up things the way I would, and someone who I can count on to have all the answers for everyone else. Ayden went above and beyond. She is so calm and put together, she helped me more than I can put into words! We had a large wedding of 160 people with a good amount of intricate details. We also had rain that caused our entire ceremony to be switched a few hours before the start time. Ayden handled everything seamlessly. I seriously could not recommend her enough. She made sure my husband and I got wedding cake and extra dessert brought to our room with water for us at the end of the night. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable but encourages you to give your opinions and speak up. I also appreciated that Ayden had to make some executive decisions on her own like moving our LED sign where there wasn't a plug how I originally wanted it, she didn't stress me out with this question, she just handled it and made everything look amazing. I could not recommend her enough, we were so lucky to work with Ayden. I wish we could relive our wedding all over again with Ayden's help!
