Around January before our April wedding, we realized we needed help bringing details together and to have more confidence and support on the day of the wedding. “Maddie and her team were so amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone! Especially if you are getting married in the Frederick area. She helped so much in ensuring everything went according to plan. We had some communication issues with our catering team, but Maddie made sure that everything was correct come the wedding day, and it was. She was always just a text away. We did not have a walk through with our venue, so it was difficult for me to picture everything set up. I provided photos for some decor, but Maddie and her team exceeded my expectations with the set up of everything. She was very communicative the whole day, was constantly there with a full glass of water, and never stopped checking in on us. She even bustled my dress after the ceremony! Her and her team were extremely quick in getting everything packed up for the end of the night, and helped make sure everything made it to where it needed to go. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.”
