She kept me organized, let me know what I needed to do before our next check in. She kept me sane throughout the process and offered so many wonderful suggestions. Erica also gave us 4 vendor recommendations and we wound up using some. She coordinated the timeline and the vendors and made sure everyone worked well together. The day of the wedding, she took care of everything. All I had to do was give her the items to set up and she and her assistant, Katie, took care of everything. She also answered all of my mom's questions and handled her concerns (which were many). Erica handled the family photos and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. P.U.N.D Designs was a great wedding planning partner for us. We spoke a few times before the wedding to get a timeline and then finalize it. They were life savers on the day of our wedding! I wish I had hired Alexa sooner!! She is extremely organized and professional. From our first conversation on the phone I felt less stressed about the day. She has great attention to detail and thought of every possible question. I had several vendors who were coming throughout the day and she contacted them and confirmed everything in the week leading up. She even noticed a possible issues with delivery for one of them and fixed it without us needing to get involved at all. She did set up and take down of our decor and everything was exactly as I envisioned. We had an audio guest book and she made sure to get people to use it and that the older crowd had some help with it. Which was very important to us. She made sure the day ran smoothly so we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day with our guests. By the end of the day even the guests and vendors were telling us how wonderful she is. She handled all day of coordination including coordinating an ambulance when a medical emergency occurred with one of our caterers without any of the wedding guests knowing. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found Amalia and Jenna from butterfly effect weddings!! I purchased the Day-Of Coordinator service, hoping that I’d be able to take the decorating, last minute organization, and vendor communication off my plate after everything was planned and booked. But these two experts did this, and SO much more. They helped create and edit the whole wedding timeline, took over communication with vendors starting 7 days BEFORE the wedding, put together my very complicated favor table without a hitch, offered to create signage, ran the music for our ceremony and cocktail hours, and they even did a last minute transport of my wedding bouquets and boutonierres because they were delivered to the wrong building. But most importantly, they made me feel like I could relax and fully enjoy the busy wedding day, and be super present with all my guests, family, friends, and husband. Hiring her as our 2-month out planner and day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Emily took all of my scattered ideas and brought them together on our wedding day. I was so worried about the flow of the day because our wedding was not in a traditional venue. She coordinated every minute and kept us on track the whole day but also gauged when the timeline could be relaxed if the moment called for it. Since our venue was not a traditional wedding hall, I was also worried about the set up but Emily took my vision and designed the space the exact way I pictured it. Planning a shower can be a lot of work, Jules Event Planning made my daughter's shower the perfect simple and elegant shower she was hoping for. Julia listened to all our our ideas, no matter how big or small, and truly understood the vision we had for the day. Julia took care of everything and went above and beyond. The decorations were stunning and some fun games. I didn't have to worry about a single detail, which meant I actually was able to relax and enjoy celebrating with my daughter and her guests. The shower was even more beautiful that I imagined and so many our our friends and family commented on how seamless and elegant everything was.
