Includes 12 monthly meetings, site visits, rehearsal + 8hr day-of management. We oversee every vendor, guest touchpoint, and final flourish ensuring a seamless, personalized, and unforgettable celebration.

Refined partial-planning & coordination: 3 monthly meetings, final details, 2hr rehearsal, and 8hr day-of management. Includes budget analysis, last-minute vendor support, creative design consult, vendor confirmations, and personalized timelines. On-site we manage setup, ceremony, guests, and vendors- seamlessly executing your vision with elegance, discretion, and care.

Seamless month-of coordination: 2 consultations, final vendor confirmations, custom timeline, 1hr rehearsal, and 8hr day-of management. We direct your ceremony, oversee setup + pack-up, manage vendors, guide guests, and handle every detail. With discretion, grace, and an emergency kit in hand, we ensure your day unfolds flawlessly and stress-free.

    We are beyond grateful for the incredible work that Alexa put into our big day! From every call, every meeting, she was organized, very attentive, and full of ideas that helpful us plan all the details of our day. She really took the time to really understand what was important to us and went above and beyond to bring every detail to life. On the day of the wedding, everything ran perfectly, completely seamlessly. I honestly, didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She handled all my decor, helping all the other vendors set up, and she was also there by my side as like a bridal attendant helping me as needed though out the day. And handled it all with such professionalism. Everyone still talks about how we had such an amazing wedding and I really couldn't have done it without hiring Alexa as our planner, she really helped me with everything, it wouldn’t have been possible without her. Seriously, if you’re looking for someone who is dedicated, thoughtful, and truly passionate about what they do, we recommend AV Weddings always!

    Working with Alexa was an incredible experience from start to finish. Right from our first conversation, she was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely excited to help shape our ideas into something real. What really stood out was her talent for pulling everything together, our decor looked amazing, exactly how we pictured it, She’s got a real gift for detail and made sure every piece was in the right place. Beyond that, Alexa was super organized, she kept us on track during planning and made sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day, down to the minute.
