Highly Recommend
I wish I had hired Alexa sooner!! She is extremely organized and professional. From our first conversation on the phone I felt less stressed about the day. She has great attention to detail and thought of every possible question. I had several vendors who were coming throughout the day and she contacted them and confirmed everything in the week leading up. She even noticed a possible issues with delivery for one of them and fixed it without us needing to get involved at all. She did set up and take down of our decor and everything was exactly as I envisioned. We had an audio guest book and she made sure to get people to use it and that the older crowd had some help with it. Which was very important to us. She made sure the day ran smoothly so we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day with our guests. By the end of the day even the guests and vendors were telling us how wonderful she is. We definitely agree and highly recommend her.
Amazing wedding planning experience
We are beyond grateful for the incredible work that Alexa put into our big day! From every call, every meeting, she was organized, very attentive, and full of ideas that helpful us plan all the details of our day. She really took the time to really understand what was important to us and went above and beyond to bring every detail to life. On the day of the wedding, everything ran perfectly, completely seamlessly. I honestly, didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She handled all my decor, helping all the other vendors set up, and she was also there by my side as like a bridal attendant helping me as needed though out the day. And handled it all with such professionalism. Everyone still talks about how we had such an amazing wedding and I really couldn't have done it without hiring Alexa as our planner, she really helped me with everything, it wouldn’t have been possible without her. Seriously, if you’re looking for someone who is dedicated, thoughtful, and truly passionate about what they do, we recommend AV Weddings always!

Working with Alexa was an incredible experience from start to finish. Right from our first conversation, she was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely excited to help shape our ideas into something real. What really stood out was her talent for pulling everything together, our decor looked amazing, exactly how we pictured it, She’s got a real gift for detail and made sure every piece was in the right place. Beyond that, Alexa was super organized, she kept us on track during planning and made sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day, down to the minute. She even had detailed timelines laid out, which was a huge relief and like really helpful for everyone involved. Throughout the process, she was easy to reach, full of helpful suggestions, and just made the whole thing feel less stressful, less overwhelming, and more fun, we actaully got to enjoy our day. Thanks to her, our wedding day turned out to be more beautiful and seamless than we ever imagined.
