I had the pleasure of orderibg a grazing table by Tavola, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The table was a visual masterpiece, overflowing with an incredible assortment of fresh and flavorful items. The selection was diverse and thoughtfully curated, featuring a beautiful array of charcuterie, cheeses, fresh fruits, artisanal bread, crackers, dips, and delightful extras like olives, nuts, and chocolates. Everyone loved it and I will definitely use them again.

We LOVED working with Krave so much for so many reasons. We got married at the Conservatory at Sussex County Fairgrounds and they do most of the weddings there, and the whole day went so smoothly. First – the food is AMAZING. You get so many options and such a variety of food. Everything was so delicious. When we went for our tasting, we were blown away by how good everything was. We loved that they have the more traditional options, as well as options that are more unique. Everything we tasted was so good and they were so helpful with recommendations. The cakes are so delicious also! We heard so many compliments from all of our guests about how the amount of food was perfect and how delicious everything was. Second – the service leading up to the wedding. They really helped us make decisions about honestly everything. They gave suggestions for the amount of alcohol to order for our guest list, recommended florists for the look we were going for, and helped us decide on timeline for the cocktail hour and reception. They also provide the linens and we rented pillar candles and the glasses from them. We had multiple calls before the wedding which were informative and really got us excited rather than stressed, because we knew we were working with an expert vendor who also really cared about our vision for the day and how the day went. Finally – the wedding day itself. Kate is so amazing to have with you on the day of your wedding. She is so energetic and kind. The team set up the rooms so beautifully and watching it all come together was breathtaking. She was always making sure both us and our parents had drinks, she made sure that we ate and brought us so much cocktail hour food to the bridal suite after the ceremony so we could just have a moment alone and try everything. They also packed up food for us to bring back with us so we could try everything if we didn’t get a chance to, which was so helpful because we didn’t have to worry about grocery shopping when we got back home. I am a very anxious person so I barely ate that day, so I was so grateful to get to try everything. I was so appreciative of her coming to get us to make sure we ate because I probably wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for her. They also brought fruit and snacks to us while we were in the bridal suite. Kate was also working with our day-of coordinator through the Conservatory and the DJ and MC to make sure everything was running smoothly based on our conversations with them and that was so helpful, too – we really felt like we didn’t have to worry about anything that day because they had such great communication. Finally, all of the staff was so wonderful. They always made sure we had what we needed, and our guests told us afterwards that all of the staff was very positive and kind and really went above and beyond. The value you get from working with Krave is so high – not only delicious food, but an ally along the way and a stress-free wedding day!

We hired Juan and his team for our small wedding and we have to say that the experience was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish, Juan was very attentive and envisioned what we wanted for our day, the proposal was very transparent and fair enough, they went above and beyond our expectations, the menu was a very unique and creative great combination of flavor and colors, service was top notch. I will definitively continue working with this company which provides very personalized service and takes really good care of all the details

I am so happy I went with her and will gladly call her again. So low key and genuinely a very nice person. She helped with so many things that were above and beyond her job. I highly recommend Ellen to cater your party. Mine was a graduation party at a community room in a NYC apartment building. It has difficult parking and drop off for all her catering materials. But Ellen made it work. She also helped me plan a very tasteful menu. Also her assistant, Alex, was so professional and diligent. They both really helped make my party a success!"

I can't recommend Melody and the Eventfull team enough. We chose a pretty DIY venue for our wedding so finding the right catering team to bring our wedding together was really important. Melody was so patient with me in the beginning when I was trying to get quotes and cost out what we could afford that I seriously think she's a saint. I remember going to the tasting just praying the food was ok, because I'd put this poor women through the ringer over email. It was more than ok, it was delicious! We're food people and our friends know it, serving boring food at our wedding really was not an option, and Melody helped us create an eclectic menu that suited us and also our guests. We had a nut-free wedding and then also had to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan guests. Melody didn't bat an eye. We still have friends talking to us about the sweet potato au gratin with chipotle crema, and I think we always will, it was that good. Some vendors make you feel guilty you have a budget, Melody actually listened to our needs and genuinely helped us find a way to get exactly what we wanted within our means. This is a woman who hand sourced the pumpkin for our pumpkin risotto to be served from because they were hard to find this year! Come on! The average vendor is not going to do that. I can honestly say that our wedding would not have been the event it was without Eventfull. I feel so lucky we found them, and I would not hesitate to work with this team again for another event in the future.

This was a second wedding, and we wanted it to be our way. Because we have NEVER had a bad meal at a Stephen Starr restaurant, we immediately decided to use Starr Catering. Best decision ever. We worked with Brittany Glover, who was professional, accommodating, and understood that we wanted an outstanding food experience, both for us and for our guests. We also wanted a pescatarian/vegetarian menu, which we thought would be a bit of a challenge; but Brittany gave us so many options that it never even registered that we didn't have meat. The planning was so much fun, the tasting dinner was spectacular, and we didn't have to think about a thing at the wedding itself. The catering was breathtakingly beautiful, and SO DELICIOUS. Our guests absolutely swooned over the food, and are still talking about how wonderful it was. The presentation was superb, the service outstanding, the open bar with a signature cocktail (Aperol spritz) was fantastic, the burrata bar at the cocktail hour killed, the hot stuff was hot and the cold stuff was cold, and the integration of other one-off requests of ours (one relative wanted light beer, we used a favorite baker for the wedding cake, Eric likes good rye, etc.) was seamless. Honestly, we wouldn't have changed a thing. We would use Starr Catering again in a heartbeat. It's our second anniversary today, and we're so grateful to Starr Catering for helping us have the wedding we wanted. T

Working with Purslane, and especially with Michaela and Justin, was a highlight of our wedding planning, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had such excellent partners in producing our event. The staff, especially Michaela and Justin, are responsive, friendly, accommodating, and professional; the space is gorgeous and beautifully maintained and operated; the food and drink were bountiful and delicious, and the service rivaled any of New York's fine restaurants. Best of all, the process of collaborating to make our wedding happen was easy and fun, and Michaela and Justin made us, the nervous engaged couple with a million things to manage, very confident that our day would not just go as planned, but would be a beautiful success. And indeed it was! Of all the people we worked with. Michaela and Justin deserve special mention. They are excellent communicators, responsive to the million questions and people that wedding planning entails. They are proactive collaborators, laying out a clear process and schedule not just for the day, but for the process of working to plan it. They provided useful, detailed documentation at every step of the way, including a very helpful list of recommended vendors. Every meeting with them was fun and friendly, but also productive, punctual and a good use of time. And of course, the food and wine tastings were delicious. Michaela and Justin were so helpful in giving us a sense of how the venue would perform in a situation we wouldn't get to experience until the day itself. They guided us expertly, making shrewd suggestions we might not have considered ("Since you have an open bar, we recommend choosing a heavier vegetarian entree.") My wife and I had a unique vision for our event, and these two not only assured us that it was possible, they worked with the park to accommodate myriad details, even down to the selection of lightbulbs. It's no exaggeration to say that without their help, the event would not have had the specific atmosphere we imagined, nor would it have been the roaring success that it was. All the confidence they inspired along the way paid off on the day, when Michaela, Justin, and their staff were a machine. The service was prompt, helpful, and invisible; the food was great, not losing too much in the translation from tasting to event; the wedding ran perfectly smoothly, with Purslane on top of the schedule, keeping the momentum of the night alive as they moved tables, served each course, operated the bars, and so on with perfect cadence. We are so, so grateful to Purslane for making our wedding a true dream come to life. Our only regret is not responding sooner to their lovely post-wedding thank you note, and for taking so long to write this review! To you recently-engageds with so many decisions to make, let me help you with this one: your search is over; just hire Purslane.

We hired Bartleby and Sage for our catering and day of coordination. The menu they put together was exactly what we wanted (food was one of our top priorities for the wedding) from incredibly tasty passed appetizers (lamb chops were a favorite) and signature cocktails to a beautifully plated dinner, passed desserts and late night fried food. They were incredibly flexible when we wanted to change aspects of a dish and it all came out so great! We also loved working with Rachael for our day of needs, she managed all the vendors expertly and I had zero stress the day of! She was also incredibly responsive over email and helped us nail all the details, providing incredibly helpful advice around every decision and handling all the details (and I had many in full disclosure) perfectly. Highly recommend both Bartleby & Sage and Rachael!

Promises Kept was an incredible caterer for our wedding. The food they put out was creative and delicious and our guests were constantly remarking about how spectacular it was. We had a pescatarian event and they accommodated the restrictions really wonderfully. We were so thankful to get to work with them, and they really thought of all the details and meaningfully contributed to the day going smoothly (from coordinating wine and water service, to making sure everything was set up in advance). I would hire PKE again in an instant and can’t recommend them enough for your wedding!
