His passion and esteemed aspirations to become a chef grew stronger throughout the years while watching his father work in their family owned restaurant, Napoli Pizza. His love for delicious cuisine became an addiction. Competing throughout his early education in various culinary battles, Angelo knew he had a gift. He spent years mastering his craft, working sous chef and head chef positions at some of the Lehigh Valley's top restaurants!

    No words can explain, you just have to try them

    I cannot express how wonderful Modern fusion catering was! From the first email I sent, Chef Angelo was on it. He was super responsive and full of information. I had more of an issue trying to choose between all their wonderful menu items than anything else. Chef Angelo worked with me, helping me chose what would work wonderfully together and also why we might not want that item due to it being an outside party with heat, humidity or well, flies lol. From start to finish, I had zero worries. Their staff was amazing, showed up early, set everything up and answered all questions. We had them come early for welcome apps and returned for a second dinner portion. It even down poured for 2 hours during our party and his staff kept running through the rain to get everything where it needed to be. The party itself, I had more high praises about the food than any party we have had before. Even with the rain (which his staff did amazing with) the party was a HUGE success. The food, OMG, I don’t know what I enjoyed more, it was all so good! The gyros bar was amazing, the best I’ve ever had, and I just had 2 the prior week at Musikfest. The spring rolls, to die for! The pineapple Chicken skewers was the only thing we ran out of because everyone went back for 3rds. I myself barely ate any dinner because I ate way too many apps! The dinner was FIRE. The wing’s, HUGE hit and other than like 6, were gone also. The Jamaican Braised beef and coconut rice, such amazing flavor. Even the Late-night sandwiches you dropped off, were spot on. The Brooklyn chicken sandwiches were my favorite. I even took the leftovers and used the chicken mix and made an amazing pasta dish. The other wraps and sandwiches had such flavor, not your normal turkey wrap by far. Everything not only tasted amazing but was presented in such a beautiful fashion! No detail left out. You and your team are amazing, and I can’t wait to find another reason (sooner than next year) to use your services! Thank you again for all your hard work and beautiful food, you made our event truly memorable! Thank you Modern fusion and Chef Angelo for a wonderful event and allowing me to sit back and enjoy the party myself!

    WOW

    Chef Angelo absolutely exceeded all expectations at the Community Harvest Gala. The food was phenomenal—truly one of the highlights of the evening. Guests could not stop talking about it, and many went back for seconds (and even thirds!). Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You could really feel the care and passion that went into the menu. Chef Angelo played a huge role in making the event such a success, and we are incredibly grateful for his talent and generosity. Highly recommend!

    The best food you'll ever have!

    If you are looking for a caterer, stop your search and call Angelo immediately. I promise you it will be the best decision you make! We got married back in September, and working with him was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding planning experience. He helped us build a custom menu that felt personal, elevated, and unforgettable. I have to advise on our menu because it was 10000/10; it included Pernil, Zuppa de Pesce, Tortellini with Chicken, Short Ribs with loaded mashed potatoes, arroz con gandules, seasonal vegetables — and desserts imported from Italy. Yes. Imported. Everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend going with the buffet option just so your guests can try a variety of what he can make. The food was OUTSTANDING. Guests are still talking about it months later. We saw people going back for seconds (and thirds). It was flavorful, beautifully presented, and felt like us. Beyond the food, Angelo is warm, collaborative, and truly cares. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and am honestly looking for an excuse to throw another party just to work with him again. Could not recommend him and his team more!

    Couldn’t have asked for more

    Angelo and his whole team were amazing from start to finish. There was great communication and he even helped us get in contact with our venue when we could not reach them. The food was amazing and we heard so many good things from all of our guests. The late night pizza was also a hit and was delicious. I would highly recommend modern fusion for anyone holding a wedding or event.
