    Best Wedding Planner

    Brown Bird Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Mrs. Robin was amazing at checking on us weekly and helped prepare everything in such an organized manner. She even met with us both in person and virtually to better communicate, as we were living in separate states at the time. The team's excellence, organization, and personal touch put me completely at ease on my wedding day - I knew they had everything under control and I was able to enjoy every second! The initial consultation is typically between an 1-1/2 hours. For full time wedding planning, I spend 1 hour per month (usually a 12-16 month process) and consistent email communication in between the process. On the wedding weekend, if I am contracted for rehearsal that includes 1 hour and the day of the wedding is usually between 10-12 hours total.
I am the sole Wedding/Special Events Planner, Coordinator and Consultant as well as Designer. On the Day of the Wedding, depending on the number of guests, I will include myself as well as an additional wedding coordinator, wedding assistant and internal social media photographer who will take pictures and videos strictly for Marketing purposes. For larger weddings I will add on extra team members to ensure that my couples have a smooth running, organized and stressed free day!
Yes! I absolutely do plan other events such as Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Retirement (New Beginning Parties), Upscale Tented Graduation Parties, Rehearsal Dinners and Bridal Showers.
I take multiple weddings in one weekend, but not one day. For example: 1-Friday Wedding, 1-Saturday Wedding, 1-Sunday Wedding.
In a nutshell, I began my career in Weddings as a Day of Coordinator for a small company helping to plan and coordinate several micro weddings. In 2017, I launched my own brand-Brown Bird Events where I began planning larger weddings with emphasis on "Mixing Creativity with Excellence". Each wedding I plan is different because the needs/desires/characteristics of the couple I am working with influences the colors, textures, music, food, culture and style of the wedding. I LOVE working with color but I also enjoy natural aesthetics, greenery, neutral color palettes and patterns.
