Hudson Table is an interactive culinary studio and event space specializing in customized seasonal catering, hands-on cooking events, chef's tables, virtual events, and more! We currently have locations in Hoboken, Philadelphia, and Brooklyn, and service the surrounding areas.

Hudson Table has no limitations when it comes to menus and event formats. Our talented chefs and culinary teams work directly with our guests to curate the perfect seasonal menu for your event's acute needs. Tell us what you want to see and we'll create menu drafts for your review and approval, whether it's a plated dinner, family-style dining, boxed lunches, or something in between.     Koray and the entire team at Hudson Table Catering are incredible. Hudson Table was our caterer for our wedding ceremony is July 2023. As an out of state bride, Koray worked with me via phone calls and emails throughout the wedding process to create a unique and delicious wedding menu. Koray was able to connect my husband and I with a fantastic bartender, Daniel, who created stunning drinks all night! The entire Hudson Table team was professional, easy to work with, creative, and attentive to our every need. I look forward to visiting both Hudson Table restaurants and hope to work with their catering services again!

    Hosted a small party here successfully and during COVID -- not easy -- but they were extremely safe and thorough. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend!
