“Capstone occassions made our wedding day absolute magic. I started the planning process on my own but got stuck and unmotivated because i felt overwhelmed/not entirely sure what was next. Tia jumped in and helped me get excited about the process again and accomplish the tasks in order of importance and made sure it was a day that both Mike (my now husband) and I envisioned and wanted to make it special for us. Because of her experience she has so many friends in the business. I appreciated she recommended vendors based on who the two of us are and what we were looking for and within our budget (and ways to save). She thinks about EVERYTHING! Things we never would have considered on our own. My favorite being the sunset photos of me and my husband. He doesn’t like pictures but he loved how they turned out. Not only that, she makes sure it’s a seamless process and day that’s stress free. My mom was so grateful to be able to let loose and relax and could not say enough about how instrumental Tia and her team were to make the day so beautiful and coordinating with all the vendors so we didn’t have to. Day before the wedding, I was honestly a mess and left our name tags at my office and a few other prints including labels and a mock up picture of what we were thinking. So, we had to last minute hand write the name tags and in a rush left unorganized and unlabeled bins for them to sort out. My brain was all over the place and it didn’t occur to me until too late but when we walked in, it was even better than I imagined. They really went the extra mile and made everything picture perfect. Our friends and family were so impressed and we’re still getting compliments to this day. You are fun to work with, easy to get along with (even some of our craziest family members), hardworking, magician ninjas (for all the stuff you do behind the scenes we will never even know about- thank you). “The Save the Date team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing day. We communicated with Johnna leading up to the day and then Kat was with us for the rehearsal and day of. I can't say enough amazing things about them. When my flower girl got hurt at the rehearsal, Kat was there to keep us calm. The day of - we dropped off our 3 cars full of stuff and she took the few inspiration photos we had sent her and turned both venues into something beyond what we ever could have imagined. We got behind schedule with hair and makeup but Kat kept calm and continually reassured us that everything would be perfect . And is was. She did all the work and we truly got to enjoy our day. Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. When I told her that I was envisioning a lot of greenery like when we hiked in Olympic National Park in Washington and a Lord of the Rings essence she knew exactly what I was talking about! She made communication easy and personable with videos chats online if we could not meet in person. She made a mood board that was very detailed to make sure we were on the same page which was extremely helpful. She had items we could rent and also helped guide us on what to purchase. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets she made me instantly brought me to tears they were so beautiful. Honestly everything she made was so unique and special which was exactly what we were looking for. We wish we found her sooner in our wedding planning because she is incredible! The amount of stress she took off our shoulders was immense. She reached out to all the vendors to relay the timeline, she set up all the decorations for the ceremony site and took those down to bring to the reception site. Also decorated the reception site, set up the memorial table, guest book and gift table....then took down the decorations at the end of the reception and made sure they got to a safe place with our family or us. She set up our rented photobooth which is above and beyond what she had to do (packed that up as well) . Also, shout out to her assistant that day Samantha who is pregnant. Thank you!! Overall, I highly recommend Dusti. She was constantly in communication and made sure we could always reach her every step of the way.
